Moe's Mo's Moe's, sorry to do this but you just can't compare to Chipotle! I just ate here again for the first time in a while and realized why I don't ever eat here. The portions were small. Probably only one half to 2/3 of what you get at Chipotle. The food was just not seasoned at all compared to Chipotle. I do understand why some people like Moe's better. You have free chips, a free salsa bar and they're not horrible. It's decent food. But all in all, in my personal opinion they just can't compare to Chipotle and other Mexican restaurants. The lack of flavor and seasoning is evident and the portions you get for the price you pay is not good at all. SorryOn the other hand, the restaurant was very clean. The design, decoration and color were on point. I loved all the advertisement and the employees were great. I have nothing against the store itself or anything else. Just comparing fast food to fast food Mexican to Mexican. They're just not in the spotlight in my heart.
2 employees. 1 new girl who was very sweet and trying her best to learn and make everyone happy . 1 ignorant "" trainer "" who would do nothing but scream at the poor girl and treat everyone like they were supposed to know the procedure they run. Straight attitude was disgusting. The manager was so unprofessional. Heavy set taller white dude dressed Like he just woke up looked dirty as heck and had a attitude towards everyone like he didn't want to be there ...
Good fresh food. Prices aren't bad. But protein portions are rather skimpy. One small spoon of chicken for a large bowl or burrito.
I want to give a big shout-out to the evening staff I just left they we're amazing and very respectful! I enjoyed my food, Clean restaurant.This location is the best hands down. I will be back!
OMG the food was so good. Clean, friendly staff. Definitely coming back. Dale Mabry location. Your money is worth the trip. I'm full going to the gym to work this food...lol
Amazing service and excellent burrito finesse. If you ever want extra cheese or lettuce or any topping they will pile it on there. Super generous with portions(unlike chipotle)which makes me a happy customer.
Staff was rude and overall unpleasant for no reason at all. Had no problem asking for a tip though! I'll stick to my usual location where the staff is much friendlier. 1
I ordered the chicken quesadillas they were horrible barely any chicken and they were just a gooey mess disgusting
Ive been going to Moes my entire life until Moes Monday basically became, "Buy a burrito, get a free drink", but yall scared to advertise it this way because you know this deal is just straight up wrong. So sad to lose business to Moes this way. Save your money and go to any taco truck nearby for an authentic burrito at a much better price! Probably will never step foot into a Moes location again until they fix their Monday "deal". I'll make sure to spread the word :)
Becca, Will and Holly served us. Very pleasant and accommodating. Becca was happy to package my burritos the special way I asked. Check out the picture of the inside of the burrito which was delicious!! Holly made sure to check my rewards and found I had a free burrito today!!
