Extremely disappointed. For these prices I expected better. First time trying Moe’s and received a soggy quesadilla missing half the ingredients with barely any cheese. I live 5 mins away it was not sitting long. Also ordered a side of queso and of course it was left out. Service was awful and food was even worse. Didn’t finish it and am on my way to chipotle. Salsa is basically tomato paste… be warned this is NOT it. I don’t want anything for free but if that was a thought it be better served for a homeless person because I will never return or recommend.
I usually like Moe's but today it was totally disappointing. The salsa bar ran out of napkins and two kinds of salsa and no one replenished them after being told. Garbage bins were overflowing and dirty plates were piled up on tables. It was disgusting. They must have been horribly short-staffed.
They have 10am as the time they open on their doors, and online, but I was just told that they’re closed and they’re still setting up and won’t be open for another 20-30 minutes. So, they won’t be open till about 11:30? An hour and a half after they’re supposed to be open? Very poor management!
Menu is different. Liked it better before when I could could choose from ear muffs, or some clever Seinfeld named menu item.
Coworker accidentally pointed to the spicy meat and after the meat was on the burrito he asked for non spicy. He just wanted the meat pulled off and non spicy added. The guy behind the counter gave him a hard time and made the situation real uncomfortable. Complained about having to thaw away a tortilla cheese and meat burrito, ended up giving it to his employee.
Stopped in here for lunch last Wednesday and got the worst food poisoning of my life. Just recovered enough to write this review. The girl with the colored hair is undercooking the chicken. Don’t order the chicken!!!! Within three hours I was violently throwing up in my car during rush hour traffic… literally scared for life. Will never eat moes again.
Very taste and good service.
I usually come here for lucnh but this time the usual guy wasnt there the lady making tacos was very sloppy and food wasnt up to par like moes uasually is and to top it off the worker had her kids in the seating area and attending her kids and making tacis at the same time very un professional no ice in the coke machine it was just a mess i dont recommend coming to this location again
I usually LOVE Moe's and frequent this location often. Recently, I've been noticing that they are closing the business sometimes many hours before the advertised hours of operation. Today, I went for lunch, and the young girl with pink bangs was incredibly rude and short tempered after she made my Homewrecker without adding guacamole and gave unreal attitude when confronted about it. The "new" girl on the register was very nice and helpful, but as we left the restaurant, the pink haired girl was yelling, "I should've bet on it," behind the counter, most likely referring to our very unpleasant interaction. Disappointing is an understatement, considering how many similar reviews I've seen regarding this same specific individual over 2 months ago. I will not be returning to this location.
I used to love coming to moes and getting the homewrecker burrito but unfortunately I came yesterday and the food was horrible. The rice had no flavor and I got steak and while eating my burrito, I didn’t even taste any of the meat. The sauces for the chips tasted like canned metals and again had no flavor, just a little heat in their hot sauce. They must have changed their recipes or maybe just a bad crew that day, but certainly not the delicious moes I remember. The prices are decent.
