Meat Market Steakhouse Tampa

Such a great experience with our family. Our server was Christian, and he was incredibly attentive and did a great job making recommendations for our meals. His assistant server was also such a sweetheart. The food was incredible, the ambiance enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

So this was a recommendation, and after reading the reviews I had my doubts but I'm so glad I went with it. First let me commend the staff, because everyone from the hostess to our server Kimberly were great! My dining experience here was great and I will definitely be back on my next visit to Tampa.

Great restaurant but only if you go Sunday-Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are way too crowded and loud, and they don’t have the staff to keep up — prepare to wait forever for everything … while also feeling rushed when you finally get your food or drinks. Went on a Saturday for my mom’s birthday. Requested a booth in my advance reservation but when I got there, they said sorry, no booths available. That set the tone for a frustrating evening. They wanted us to order drinks, apps, salads, dinner, and sides ASAP so they could get their menus back, and then we waited at least 30-45 minutes for EACH. Once the food finally DID arrive, they kept coming to the table trying to take our plates away when we were still eating. It felt like a struggle to get through the meal … we just wanted to be left alone for a few minutes to enjoy our food when it finally came! It’s about $500 for 3 people which I am glad to pay, but at least let me enjoy it. If I come back, it’ll be during the week only.

Our steaks were cooked perfect and loved the tater tots… They’re a must.
