Services is slow:( we have been ordering online for several years at least twice a week, they always forget some of the food we ordered, check your to go orders before leaving their restaurant!! They never put napkins in their to go orders you have to ask for them! Services is really getting worse, too bad because most of the time the food is pretty good.
Went there today for a salad and a coffee, I couldn't even eat one mouthful, the plate was greasy and filthy, and the server had his bare hands all over my plate, he just arrived at my table a literally dropped it down, I took one look at it and delivered it back to the counter and explained why I couldn't eat it, no apology or anything...avoid this place at all costs.. its disgusting
The staff was Great I enjoyed my experience. My spud was smoking hot and my mom enjoyed the new steak and white cheddar sandwich.
Food is typically great, but this location provides a consistently frustrating ordering experience. The amount of times I've gone to order online through GrubHub or even their own first party app and been unable due to the location closing intake of orders or odd hours is staggering.
DISGUSTING!!! an employee requested to have this for a corporate lunch, I placed the order online, never received. Upon calling about the missing order the GM screamed at me told me to contact the 3rd party??? I ordered from Mccallisterdeli.com!! not a 3rd party. 3 weeks later still not received a refund and holding up my expense report because of their lack of structure and failed operations. I will never recommend this dysfunctional restaurant. Imagine the food you're consuming from degenerates that run this place.
Food was delicious. Parking was horrible. I don't pay to park at a restaurant. I wasn't driving but if I had been I would have left. My first time eating at a McAlister's and I will go again but at location with parking.
I always give a place 3 chances. These people have the inability to serve customers in a timely manner. Right now I ordered the loaded bake potato in attempts to avoid the usual delay. I ordered it at 7:23pm. My boyfriend had to go to the counter to get it. He is already finished with his meal. It is now 8:03pm. Smh. All 3 times they did this. I won't be back.
Always good food but extremely slow today. Dine in order was placed at 11:54am and didn't get it until 12:20pm.
I ordered a Ruben and did not have enough corned beef on it and I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup I got half of container of soup
Always enjoy stopping by to grab a sandwich. This place never disappoints and is very delicious. Healthier than most restaurants around with fair prices.
