Wow wepa! Delicious real Puerto Rican food. The best we have eaten in Florida besides El Rinconcito. New place to eat when we visit Tampa luv it?????
To be the first time of this location as they recommend to me I haven’t tasted food yet .I take it to my office but my first back experience it was when the lady she tried to service my food she was talking to me and the same time she is crasher her necks with her nail and then she was about to service my food I think that was not very safe and business for customer I did ask her to please are able to wash her hands and I recommend to get better .for protection is better keep washing your hands because we keep a lot of bacteria on the nails thank you
Is good food don’t get me wrong but Oasis bbq is much more juicier. Plus half the prince if you go during lunch the 1/2 chicken meal goes from 10.49 to 5.99
I went the last week of May to Martin’s BBQ in Tampa, FL so this is a recent experience. Usually the food is DELICIOUS but this time I was sadly disappointed. The arroz con gandules was hard and the steak which is always on point was tough and salty. I know that the service is not huge to include on a review but if these woman are a reflection of our Beautiful Puerto Rican kindness and hospitality one of the older ladies is always angry and seems annoyed to be serving. Maybe she would be a better fit behind the scene not serving and representing Martins BBQ or Puerto Rico ??Giving this establishment another opportunity I had dinner at the Martin’s BBQ in Kissimmee, FL yesterday (June 10th, 2022) and the food was DELICIOUS ? and our server truly represented Puerto Rico!!! Que Viva Puerto Rico ??
Food was OKAY...Customer service was great..BUT FOOD WAS WAYYYY TO SALTY FOR MY TASTE...few ppl that recommend this place once I told them i visited and told them about SALTYNESS they also agreed...Alacapurias we're dry no flavor...don't think I'll be back sorry ?
We ordered through Uber. We ordered steak and then they didn't have steak.We replaced it with pernil ( pork ).Our rice was super oily and small portions, the pork looked like we got the bottom of the barrel. Since we ordered a whole chicken I decided to go for the chicken since everything el was horrible. No luck, chicken was as salty as everything else.
The one constant is inconsistency. Great meal one day and a mediocre meal the next. Originating from Puerto Rico, Martin's serves latin fare in carefully measured portions. Pork and chicken are always available and each day brings new specials. Having been about 6 times, my experience is you seldom know what you'll end up with. When it's good, it's real good. Try the chicken.
Good food. Really bad customer service. Ladies in the front are rude and lack knowledge in food hygiene. Both, kitchen and front, need some kind of training in those areas (food higiene, customer service). Starting with mask for food server (not the covid ones) to prevent their spit to go in the food.
Personally as a Puerto Rican I can tell you that their Puerto Rican food is great I love going there and if you're looking for some real Puerto Rican food I recommend you go as well
Excellent fresh food. Morongo is great. I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY REVIEW HERE. I ordered through uber eats it states on the website you get 4 side which it should have been rice 16oz beans and the 2 additional side of choice well for 60 dollars this is a rip off
