My brother and his family are in town from the islands and this restaurant was not too far. The pricing of the meals weren't too bad and all in all we enjoyed our meals. Our primary waitress and another waiter that just popped by our table occasionally were very very hospitable, amusing pleasant; they really made the meal very enjoyable. My family was happy and "packed" from the food. Everything was fresh and hot. My niece and I ordered a corn on the cob which had something spread on it. Neither of us liked the for so asked for a change. With heartiness our corns were replaced. The meal made their trip that much more enjoyable. Thanks Longhorn.
Usually I have a great experience at Longhorn Steakhouse, but this one particular spot was disgusting. Let’s start by the location which is located in 1820 N Westshore blvd, Tampa, FL 33607.It’s conveniently located across International Plaza. With lots of parking space. Before entering the establishment we noticed the glass doors exterior and interior doors were filthy with greasy hand prints very obvious to see. We notified the hostess who greeted us.We saw that the staff informed the manger on-site, but he did not do anything to resolve our concerns. COVID need I say more?When we were seated our waiter greeted us, we pointed out the dirty table, filthy seats, and trash under our table. He acknowledged, but did nothing! I needed to use the restroom, so when walked in it was dirty! I walked back out, never used it.We place an order, the food was cold and extremely salty. Overall experience was disheartening considering the we felt ignored, and we felt that the establishment does not care for customers concerns, and health safety. Now a days people can get sick and Die!
Waited about 20 minutes for our table which was understandable for a Saturday evening. We were seated and we all knew what we wanted so as soon as the waitress brought our drinks we ordered. We watched all the tables around us get their food even those that ordered after us. After about 45 minutes the waitress comes to us and tells us that they misplaced our ticket that our food was just about to be prepared. She also advised us that the manager would come by to address this. Another 20 minutes go by and our food finally comes out. Although we waited so long for our food everything did come out good and how it was supposed to. Management still hadn't came by our table to check on us. We ate and we advised our waitress that the manager never came to the table she apologized and then said that a percentage would be taken off all our meals. Not the point we appreciate the gesture but the manager never showed his/her face.
I was very disappointed with my order today I request steak medium well, I received a burned ? dry steak, Brussel sprouts very burn and salty, also I request grilled chicken with fries from kids menu , the fries were very salty and a lot of peppers please is a kid menu dish!!!! Photos attached!!!
Very Poor customer service!!!! So we came as a party of 14 to celebrate my aunts birthday and was told we couldn’t sit together because of lack of servers yet the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all there were SEVERAL EMPTY TABLES but the manager Donna made sure to separate us all in tables of 4 then as we sit a party of 8 is seated right behind us she was very rude and unprofessional I will not recommend that longhorn first time at this one and it was a bad experience

The food was AMAZING and such great quality too?? They made vegetables taste fantastic and the ribs were the best ribs I’ve ever had. Also their staff was super friendly.
Amazing service and quick friendly service… Their food is amazing!! So good I had to post a review immediately. We just got to Tampa and the people have been great. We will be back before the end of our trip! Yummy ? Update: we came here three times on a 6 day trip. Their cupcake white wines pairs well with many of their yummy dishes. ❤️❤️
Great experience for a random date dinner with my spouse. Food was amazing, tea was not too sweet, our server was very friendly and fun to communicate with. Calm atmosphere, very clean when I went and the price is understandable. The food quality made every penny worth it. Especially the stuffed mushrooms. Will go back soon.
Hostess was surely, seemed to be very unhappy. With 10 customers in one station, 1 in another, I was seated with the 10. So, the bar tender waited on 11, then 15 while the other 2 servers had 4, then 6. However he did a great job with service. Food was good, not great but for the price very reasonable.
