Cool spot in Downtown. Bartender was in great. Band was great. Had a great time!
Way overpriced drinks and lack luster service. Drinks were watered down and im sure they are recapping their liquor. Literally Nasty attitudes from EVERYONE who worked here except Tania. Prices from drinks were different everytime we went to the bar and I found out a girl at the bar was charging my friend 24 per drink and they weren't doubles. That was literally twice the price. Disgusting to steal from your patrons like that. ?? I get its a club .... but being illegitimate is just that. I'm not expecting a "Publix shopping experience" but man.. when I confronted her she gave us our last drink free and tried to lie and say that she "thought" ordered doubles. Drinks were literally like water to add insult to injury. Im still not happy with that. She needs to be terminated. Hey bought 5 drinks in the smallest cups filled with ice for $125. And he still tipped. Unacceptable.
Nice atmosphere… my second visit there got denied entry because I was wearing strappy, Swarovski crystal, sandals.. not your average sandal. Women have to wear high heels regardless of medical reasoning… meanwhile, I’m sitting in my car watching guys enter with Jordans, converse, nike, sneakers… it’s the double standard for me! Even browsing through posts, guys are pictured wearing sneakers… why though?
I barely write reviews, but I attended Lit last Saturday, and usually bartenders be like robots, but my bartender Cass was everything. Her spirit really was a vibe. I was there for a birthday and was feeling blah but she really brung the vibes to our table and she was patient. Definitely will request her next time. We will be back.
LIT is soooo dope. Always a good vibe. ESPECIALLY when we have Cass as our bottle girl. She really makes sure we had a great time on a Friday night. We plan on coming back on a Thursday and I hope she’ll be there because she’ll guarantee us a great time.
I went on an R&B night called Genuwine and it was all you can drink Wine...the vibes were amazing...I definitely want to return.
Pro: Classy atmosphere with enforced dress code. Other than that, not crazy about it. Hookahs are overpriced and low quality. They barely stay lit and you can barely taste the flavor. Customer service is terrible especially by the bartenders towards the customers who are women. Somewhat comfortable if you get a section. Otherwise forget about it.
KP and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me after missing my flight to celebrate with a friend. Communication was prompt and friendly assisting me with purchasing a table and coordinating a very special surprise. They really made my weekend and I will definitely be visiting during my next trip.
Lit is a bar and lounge that I have been to multiple times and enjoyed. The music is great, the vibes are there and drinks are strong. That is the 2 stars that they get. Now my issue isn’t with the place itself but the customer service.For my birthday I thought Lit was the perfect place to celebrate by getting a table with 8 of my good friends. Everything was great and the night went smoothly. The problem lies when I checked my receipt later in the week and realized the deposit was never subtracted from the bill. I tried calling however they don’t answer the phones. Ever. So I went to Instagram which I will admit was very fast communication. I confirmed that the deposit does indeed go towards the final bill and with that told them they did not do that. I received no apology just someone on the other end telling me they will speak to the boss. Then silence. For a week I had to keep asking for updates until FINALLY they decide to send the refund via cashapp(which I had to request).So in conclusion, Lit is a place is fine to have a good time but if you were thinking about getting a table I would think twice or make sure you check you final bill if you’re sober enough to do that.
The live band was great most definitely will be back.
