This food is not Colombian, they really don’t put any effort in their food. The plantain were burnt. The hot dog was disgusting. I don’t even know what kind of meat but it tasted disgusting and looked gross. The waiter was rude, sarcastic. It all began when we asked her if they had Patacón she said “That’s Venezuelan” with a stink face, we kindly replied no it’s Colombian too. We asked can we get the hot dog with out fries and she had a problem with that. We are true Colombian and we can honestly say this food is NOT COLOMBIAN! My worse experience was with an uneducated waiter. Not once did she check on us and offer us refills or pick up our plates. I am a biggg tipper because I was a waiter back in my days too. But it hurts me to tip her. If you spend more than $20 they automatically charge you 15% tip. DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT!
Bad customer service. Employee had an attitude and refuse to divide the food into 2 so my kids share . Even with paying extra. Something so simple so I was left to do it in the car. Bad first experience! Never coming again
Count your money when they give it back to you, bunch of scammers will roll up the money and by time you get home you realize they kept like $10 of your change. Son unos ladrones
I’m sure some ppl have had a bad experience but some of y’all gotta stop complaining about how long the food takes. Don’t like it? Eat Mac Donald’s! This is not Amazon prime. Lol anyways I ate here twice and the food and people here are great. I ordered breaded chicken with white rice and beans and my girl ordered the churrasco with the tostones and maduros and it was great. Their Maracuya with milk ain’t all that, but otherwise it was a pleasant experience. Bunch of Karen’s around here smh
I went to pick up my food and when I was paying the guy at the register at the takeout area didn’t give my change back, until I ask for it. He said that he thought that I was giving him a tip!!! After that he start giving me my order with attitude , I have to ask for the sauces. He was really mad because I ask for my change !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Btw food was great !! ?
Ive always liked the food here but the fact that they just charged my card more money than what it was on the receipt, I will not be going back. So disrespectful
We ordered wings & another dish to go. We were told it would be 10 mins. but waited much longer. We watched people come in & out so after 45 mins of waiting we cancelled our order & asked for a refund. It's too bad because this was our 1st visit & we live in the neighborhood & would've ordered regularly.
I love this place. I used to come here all the time in my thot days in college after clubbing. I always get Salchipapa. I was in Tampa for work and had to come by. It's was 2 AM and I was full of memories and deliciousness ?
Called to make an order for pick up, they said to give them one second which was fine, they didn’t mute it so I heard them taking people walking in as they had me on hold for over 20 mins. VERY FRUSTRATING. Will never go here again. They’re so rude.
Horrible experience with takeout. They always forget the main entrees and never care to help.
