We are a family of 4 with two little children who were seated promptly. After waiting 20 minutes without service (not even a water offered), another couple was seated next to us. The couple was waited on within 2 minutes. We saw maybe 5 waiters standing around doing nothing. Upon complaining to the manager we were told “sorry we’re very busy”. So why did you wait on another family before ours after waiting patiently for 20 whole minutes? Horrible service! Sadly I will never come back and be humiliated or discriminated against again. Maybe because I’m not Spanish (the couple seated next to us were Spanish) we weren’t a priority.

My friend brought me here the other day for the first time and, I absolutely loved it. The authentic menu is amazing. Beans and rice were out of this world. We went for an early lunch but I will going back for dinner in the near future. Staff was also very attentive and friendly. We had good service and the food was even better. Overall great experience.
Been eating here since 1he 90’s. I saw it grow from a hole in the wall to a large restaurant, bakery and disco. I’ve seen it scale back in size, close the bakery and disco because of the pandemic. But the food…the food is still great. The owners are just as nice as when I first met them. Yes, I recommend it!
Excellent food and excellent service. You get your money worth with the portion size they give you. I do have to say, the place looks pretty cool on the inside.
We enjoyed coming here, the food was tasty, the price was a bit high but it was a very hearty meal.
I'm not sure if they changed owners or management but this place is really bad now. We were attended by a guy waiter with black sleek hair. He was so cold to us, didn't even break a smile once. not nice at all! We ordered breakfast and waited a little over an hour for it and only two of our 5 plates came, my family of 4 had to share these two plates and asked them for the other food and waited another 20 minutes, we then proceeded to cancel the order for the rest and the manager came over and seemed to not care at all that her staff was dropping the ball. Save your time and money and please check out Sabor Paisa Restaurant. Thats where I will continue to go from now on. Great food and EXCELLENT customer service! NEVER COMING BACK HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
We had empanadas and their yellow rice and beans for lunch. For how much you get for the price, it is very reasonable. The wait staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Will come back again!
Service was good... food not so much. Paisa steak was super thin and my chicken milanesa was dry even though it was supposed to come with a criolla sauce and the cheese wasn't melted.. just Publix bag shredded mozzarella. The guava and cheese Danish was terrible also.
I thought the soup was 8 they charged me 12.90. Fine. I can live with that. But there's not even one single piece of chicken in this soup. That's insulting.
