The plates are smaller than expected for the prise $ the flavor was ok not to crazy about it but the boba was amazing I give it a 5*. The inside is nice clean and cozy to eat in.
The melon tea was pretty good. The food was just okay, which were the fried chicken and pork bowl. Maybe I'll try it again and try one of the noodle soups.
Ill start by saying this spot was one of my favorite places to get asian food and takoyaki. However, with my recent visits, I have found the service and food to have massively degraded.Service:For one, we waited for minutes while the cashiers were talking nonstop with each other, paying zero attention to us whatsoever. After we asked “can we order”, the cashier rudely said “we dont want you here”. This was nowhere near closing time, there was nobody else in the restaurant, and we said nothing other than simply asking to order, so instead I resorted to leaving, disappointed to say the least.Food:The food here also degraded. The takoyaki used to be fresh and tasty, now its more doughy and unappetizing. I also found that the ramen is overpriced, especially compared to the other places that offer cheaper and tastier ramen.Ultimately, what used to be one of my favorite childhood restaurants turned into nothing but a rude, service-less environment.
I purchased boba milk tea from this franchise at least once per week (usually 2-3 times/week). I’ve visited several locations in the Tampa Bay Area which have served me well, unfortunately this location gave poor customer service, the little girl who made my drink literally hates her job, from the moment I walked through the door and proceeded to the counter her back remained turned, she never greeted me. After waiting forever she finally started making my orders (orders that were called in more than 15 mins ago). She handed me the terminal to pay without words, I proceeded, took my drinks and exited. Ye if I’m spending my money I’d stick to the other locations where Customer service is top tier, Riverview and Hillsborough ave has the best locations thus far.
I went to purchase a miso Ramen on Friday. At 12:55 PM on their lunch special menu the sign says weekdays from 11 to 2 PM. The gentleman working there tells me that today is considered a weekend we cannot sell the lunch specials. What kind of nonsense is that? This has nothing to do with the taste of the Ramen is excellent I love it. But if you’re not willing to honor your lunch special menu just take it off the menu.

Staff were very pleasant and professional, but also very friendly. I ordered two drinks and some food and while I waited near the counter, they updated me on the progress in the kitchen and I felt like they were being very nice and accommodating. I'll be visiting again!
My family and I had a great experiences at the Kung-fu tea on Dale Mabry. With this impression, coming to Kungfu tea on Fowler is such as disaster. No welcoming atmospheres at all. We ordered ramen to dine in and the workers packed them like to go. They did not even say sorry and said it all Kungfu tea did it that way, which is not true from my experiences from the other stores. When we were eating, the workers kept staring at us. We felt very uncomfortable. Besides, the restroom is very dirty. No soap and no toilet paper. Very disturbing just thinking how this restaurant can keep things clean.
Food was ok. They should take “ Taiwanese fried chicken “ out of the signboard!!!I’m from Taiwan , their fried nuggets seasoning doesn’t taste like Taiwanese fried chicken AT ALL!!!!No costumer service.
