We just ordered some black rice (diri djon djon), red beans and rice (Diri kole ak pwa woug) and fried pork (griot). Each dish came with perfect fried green plaintains. The food was so delicious I had to leave a review. The griot was tender, well done not spicy (pikliz on the side), the rice was perfect. We don’t live close to the restaurant but we will be visiting again. The staff was pleasant also. Great food!

I’d say one of the top Haitian restaurants in Tampa! Some of the best high quality we’ll prepared food and well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The legume is fresh and rich with great flavors. The plantains are fried just right and the fried turkey was very good tasted seasoned and fresh to eat. If you have a choice to choose between which Haitian restaurants to try then just know you’re not making a mistake for choosing Kreyol Delight.
I recently hosted a graduation party and Kreyol Delight was the only option to cater on my mind. All of my expectations were met. The team was excellent and courteous. The ordering process was easy. The customer service was kind and efficient. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Every single person took food home, including myself. Kreyol Delight never let's me down. The best Haitian Cuisine around. Hands down.
I have looked all across the Tampa Bay Area for good authentic Haitian food and I finally found the restaurant that I will forever dine. The black rice and griot was simply amazing! I have tasked Kreyol Delight with catering for various events over the years, so it was only logical to hire them for my daughter's graduation/ birthday dinner. After all, we love their food. My daughter created the party menu off her favorite items. Lucille assisted us in makingthe menu perfect for the occasion. Lucille is always professional from the beginning to the end, offering great customer service and care. Our food was prepared, ready on time, fresh and absolutely delicious. She always exceeds my expectations and that's why I will always use her services.We had Fried Turkey, Oxtails, Black Rice, Haitian Potato Salad, Legume without meat (for my vegans and vegetarians) Baked Mac n Cheese, Pikliz, and Mini Beef and Chicken Patties and a beautiful Fresh Fruit Platter. My guests raved over how delicious the food was and I expected nothing less.
Listen this food is soooooo good. I moved to Tamp about 2 years now and I’ve been looking for a good Hatian restaurant. I went to three different Hatian Restaurants and all three sucked!!! Either one had too much big beans in the rice and not enough rice or the rice grains were to long and untasteful. Listen, Kreyol Delight thaaaaank you for excessing my expectations. My daughter and I love you guys?

Stumbled upon this lovely place during my visit to Busch Gardens. Just a short walk down the street and I found one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Amazing portions and great value!
