Our night started off bad when we were seated in a section and no one checked on us for 10 minutes. Yes, I timed it, lol. My husband and I asked to be moved to another section where a girl started to serve us, but she seem liked she wasnât into it that night. Along comes a hostess named Kelsey to the rescue. She was very pleasant and she serviced us with a smile and just enough space as well as the attentiveness needed to change our earlier experience. Sheâs definitely an asset and we really appreciated the time she took to assist us.
There was significant wait times for refreshing beverages. In fact it was 20 minutes when first seated to get anything. This is the second time we have had exactly the same experience.
Music was extremely loud.
Not everyone liked their meals. Mine was delicious. It was quite noisy and hard to have a conversation with the person next to you never mind across the table. Will probably return to try again. We requested a booth when we came in but were told at the last minute that none were available and we were seated at a table. When we looked around we counted at least 5 empty booths.
Great food for a work lunch. It was quick and everyone was happy with their food.
Our server, who I wonât name, was not attentive and set the tone when she passed our table several times before greeting us. She assisted other tables before taking our order and forgot our checks twice. I was once a server myself , so Iâm very understanding, but the service and food was unacceptable
Nice outside table, Good Food, and Good Service. We enjoyed Kona very much
Need a few more dishes back or added. The change in the Calamari was not too good.

We sat at a Bar High-top, there was a DJ in on Saturday, so the bar area speakers were louder. If want quieter spot just sit at booth or table not near the bar area.
