customer service sucks tremendously. nobody seems happy. the drive thru sucks. once they had me wait almost 5 minutes just to tell me the drive thru wasn't open and come inside. i don't know who manages this store. but i think thats where it should start at... THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD...
Manager needs replacing. Personally told me it would be a 6 minute wait for my family meal....25 minutes later no word so we had to go inside after 5 other customers got their orders. Horrible Horrible experience. That manager who's a bigger boned white male shouldn't work there. Liars are the worst in my opinion but obviously he's a liar and bad leader. NEVER GO HERE ITS COMPLETE ??
What place hires a person then tells them they’re not going to move forward with their employment because they will be a distraction to the male employees? Isn’t that discrimination?
This location makes the crispiest fried chicken! I literally pass the KFC on my way home(because theirs is cooked..but not crispy) and drive out of my way just to get that yummy crispy goodness. I wanted to give 5 stars, but some staff are rude.
Just ordered a 10 piece meal online with a coupon. What a joke. Came home and ended up with 7 pieces and very small chicken for 30.00. The first time I ordered from this location and definitely the last.
I grew up on KFC. Some of the best chicken around. I really dig the extra crispy. You can get a meal or a bucket depending how hungry you are. Mash potatoes are always on point and I just love the tenders. Oh yeah,... Can't forget about that lava cake too. They are always on time with the chicken and all and it's always juicy and crispy. You can never go wrong with them. This place is always clean and the employees are great with the service?
It never fails for the past 2 years every time at 9:30 approximately or 9:35 after church my family and I like to go get a bite.... I don't understand if there's 25 minutes left to close the store why do you insist that there's only two items on the menu available ? Yes , at 9:35 there are only two items available and that seems like a crock because I went next door to LongHorns yet everything was available on the menu even at 9:45 I understand Kentucky fried Chicken doesn't hire the smartest employees but they do hire the most laziest employees
I can’t leave a comment without hitting a star however they don’t deserve any stars for very poor customer service. I decided to visit this location for food today, what a bad decision. I pulled up to drive thru speaker and I asked the young lady to give me a few minutes to review the menu…she proceeded with “take your time and let me know when you’re ready to place your order”. After a few seconds I was ready to place my order…I said “Hello, I’m ready to place my order”…dead silence, I stated it again….no answer. My mom was in the car and “she goes did they hear you”. I said maybe someone has their attention at the window…I waited a few more seconds. I was like “Hello” and blew the horn..no answer by this time it’s like 3-4 cars in the drive thru so I pulled around to the window. The young lady(worker)with a pink jacket on was sitting in the drive thru window and when she saw me pull around she quickly jumped up. I said ma’am I’ve been trying to place my order but no one is answering. She goes oh no we didn’t hear anything. I said we want to place an order; she goes we can’t take orders at the window. I said ma’am the only reason I pulled around because we couldn’t get a response. The young lady flat out refused to take my order at the window; she shut the window and walked away. Somehow I got the manager’s attention because I refused to drive off without being serviced. Manager Tim comes over; I explained the situation to him….basically he told me their headphones were working, not sure why they couldn’t hear me….he apologize and said he could take my order if I drive back around to the drive thru. No thank you Tim and company. I gave you all too much energy from the start. I barely visit this location and it’s evident that I will never visit it again.
Good Service. But food is worst. They just give the food which is in the oven. Not at all satisfied.
Worst Meat that ever eat in USA. I recommend not to eat at kfc . They are serving food which is prepared previously.
