Chicken fresh, delicious and a good bang for your buck. Biscuits were a bit dry and not as good as usual.
While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the fried chicken is always mushy with undercooked and missing breading. The best part of fried chicken is the crispy coating/skin - you won’t get that here, only mushy oily goo over rubbery fatty skin. If you order extra crispy you get extra mush. I’ve tried this place at least a dozen times and have had acceptably fried chicken twice. It’s just disappointing.
We ordered online for pickup. We arrived at the store 1 minute before the scheduled pickup time. I had to sit and wait in the store for 30 minutes before my order was ready. While there I heard enough BS from the staff to not want to go there anymore. If it were my store, I would fire everyone that was there. So unprofessional.
Terrible location after 930 lady always says she already dumped the oil there's no chicken no macaroni no tenders only mash potatoes and biscuits. Like literally almost every time I come here after 9 they have nothing and just stop cooking for the rest of there shift because they want to go home...

Wast service and no proper response. The fried chicken is not cooked well and no proper response from the store workers. Never recommend
The chicken here is really good. Chicken buckets are, as always, big enough for your family and/or special occasions. Meals for the individual are really good at a decent price. Great place to stop for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner; or for a special occasion.
This place will always mess up your order. Make sure you check your bag before leaving because they always forget something, whoever is behind you can wait cause you’ll be coming back if you don’t. You’re welcome.
I don’t think I’ve been able to write a 5 star review for a fast food chain since before Covid. But I’m thrilled to be leaving a 5 star review for this KFC location. Gabriela was friendly, quick, and professional something I haven’t seen from anyone else in the fast food industry for a long time. Give that lady a raise and keep her around! The food was just as expected and tasted hot and fresh. Very pleased when I’m typically never expecting much these days.
