Love love love this place. The food and teas are delicious and they have many vegan options! Deducting a star because they use styrofoam and plastic containers and silverware even if you dine in. Other small businesses have found more sustainable ways to package their food so there’s no excuse.
Ordered their regular sized Strawberry Matcha Milk Tea (total $6) and it's absolutely comparable to the drinks back in California. Prices are reasonable and I love how everyone here respectfully wears a mask. The environment is quiet and clean, perfect for a long day of studying. I also like how there's a quiet room for those individuals who want to keep their focus. Definitely will come back in the future!!
This is the place my friends and I love to meet for lunch and great conversation. The box sets are fabulous, with an entree, salad, fantastic spring rolls and dipping sauce, a (vegan buttercream or matcha) cupcake and a tea of your choice from their expansive selection. They have many vegetarian and vegan options. The atmosphere is wonderful, with indoor and outdoor seating. You can stop by briefly or stay for hours. My kind of place!(One complaint- in switching to disposables due to covid concerns, they have opted for Styrofoam, and lots of it. I hope they switch back to plates or at least something better for our fine planet. <3)
best place on earth!! the food and drinks are delicious and lots of variety for different teas. The atmosphere is welcoming and you’re always greeted with a smile! Lots of great vegan options. My go to is the tofu basil panini and mango matcha latte!
I LOVE kaleisia!!!!!!Not only do they have AMAZING food and drinks with plenty of options for vegans and there atmosphere is very calming and there staff are always so kind and helpful and make an effort to know me and my friends by name and our orders. I love when Sunday rolls around so I can go back ?
I came to Kaleisia today with a friend and was very pleasantly surprised! I didn't expect much from the location, but once you go inside its a whole different experience! I had an iced tea that my friend chose, and it was amazing! All of the food looked great. They have a nice outdoor seating area and a quiet room! Staff was also super helpful. I will be back soon!
The tea is always awesome but today the food was next level amazing - I had the tofu bahn mi and my husband had a bowl and everything was phenomenal. If you haven’t tried this place you have to! We’re always so happy with it, very clean inside, friendly staff! I would share a picture of the food if I hadn’t devoured it immediately ?
What a gem! Ben, the amazing barista and tea expert, gave us a grand tour of the shop, and helped us with our meal. The store is generously spaced with a dedicated quiet room if you wish to truly connect with your tea. Having such a variety of tea, I was able to find the rare Monkey Picked Oolong, which hasn't been around since Teavana. The food was prepared fresh, with great portions, and made with love. The friendly coworkers, the assortment of quality items, and the dedicated space within the shop make this a neighborhood gem! Their set plates for food include an entree, spring rolls, tea, and dessert, and are highly recommended!
This is SUCH a wonderful place! I found it by chance when I was looking for a gift for a tea-loving friend, and now I'm obsessed!! I stop by at least once a week for my favorite drink. The staff is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable about the multitude of offerings. Highly recommend, even for people who aren't generally fans of tea (like myself), as there's something for absolutely everyone here.
I used to come here over a decade ago while I was in college. It was my favorite spot to study, enjoy a thai tea, and maybe some asian noodles! That hasnt changed!I try to make it at least once a month, its a nostalgic treat to myself. In my opinion, their tea is just the BEST. I also love treating myself to their food. If you come here for lunch, you wont be disappointed :) !
