Worst customer service ever.I wish there was an option to give zero star.We paid $68 before having our food. The tables were dirty. We had to request the cashier to get it cleaned as we paid for dine-in .We waited for 30 minutes and got to know that they forgot to give our order to the chef and the chef had already closed the kitchen. They didn't even apologize. Later when they did, they didn't have one of the dishes we ordered. And again it took a lot of time. We ordered Rice and Salad, they gave us fries. There is my favorite restaurant Tampa Pizza Company just next to it. I always go there, today it was closed earlier so I had to visit them. The food was terrible and tasteless. It was feeling like they were just doing a kind of formality. I would suggest everyone to please do not visit them. If you are from middle east, please go somewhere else. Thank you.
The food comes hella slow (I asked for a coke 30mins ago and still haven’t gotten it), the food is overpriced, the menus are printer paper, and there is wired stuff playing on the TV. DONT COME HERE.
Has always been really delicious.I was pulled into this store after seeing halal tag and it turned out to be a delicious restaurant for shawarma , sandwiches and kebabs. The inside atmosphere is cool with couple of televisions and clean table and chairs
Do not come here if you want authentic Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food. The chickpea salad tasted expired. Prices are not clear and the Turkish coffee was very very poor quality. Will never come here again and will advise family/friends to not go here as well. Friendly service though i guess.
Very clean, good prices, great food, and a really cool look. For a city where prices are increasing everywhere and it’s hard to find cheaper food in walking distance, this place rocks. The food is excellent and is a very good price for the portions. I really liked how cool and clean the place was. It’s very modern feel that makes it feel like it should be more expensive than it is.
Worst shawarma i’ve ever had in my life. It was drier than the desert of Dubai.
Maybe we went during a bad time, but this was the absolute worst food ever. portions were very small for the price, food was under cooked and cold. My plate cost $15 and was mostly rice and lettuce with hardly any chicken, and they didn’t include any sauces ??
The falafel sandwich is my go-to and never fails to disappoint. Dee, the Front of House employee, gives a warm welcome to guests & ensures everything needed to enjoy a nice meal is provided. Thank you, see you soon ♪
Portion seemed small and the food came out wrong; the night cook definitely seems to have an attitude problem. Thankfully, D and the front end service team are great, and really saved the experience. Maybe try lunch here instead?
The atmosphere and workers were great, but the food really wasn’t, other than the fries, those were actually pretty good, but the main dishes were a bit dry and plain, I had falafel on pita. My boyfriend ordered a gyro (his was dry too) but didn’t get the one he ordered, and a similar thing happened to another woman at another table, so I’d say there’s also some confusion with the menu. To me it really seems like they spent too much money on the interior and making it look all fancy than on the quality of the food.
