I have been to this place as a customer, employee, and friend! One of the best local businesses in the Tampa Bay area and that is just talking about the staff/ owners! The high in protein, extremely healthy smoothies are to die for as well!
Stopped in for a smoothie after work and it was delicious! I got the Blue Hawaiian because it was one of the top sellers and I can see why. It was my first time in the store and the employee was very friendly. Will definitely be coming back.
Love this place! I get my pre-workout and post shakes here on a daily. Owner is friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with! Not to mention the shakes are delicious!!! Definitely recommend swinging by if your in the area.

Started coming here about 4 months ago, and I’m hooked. Awesome flavors for smoothies and good food options too. Reese’s Pieces and BBQ Chicken wrap are my go to from here.

Smoothies are so delicious and you can have healthy fresh made meals there too. A little small spot but so so good, great prices and the front clerk woman is always super super nice!!!!
I just started going to Esporta next door and found this gem right next to it. I walked in unsure of what I was to do and there was this bright and bubbly girl named Nicole behind the counter. She was very professional and spent a good few minutes going over the menu with me and explaining all the items and how it works. She made me one of the best protein smoothies I've ever had, she took her time and didn't make me feel rushed to hurry up and pick something. I ended up getting the blue Hawaiian there #1 seller for fruit and omg it was great! As I was waiting other customers came in and she juggled well being by herself, always smiling and engaging with the customers. I will be coming often! Thanks Nicole.
Jessica was extremely rude and uncooperative with me yesterday. It wouldn't hurt to positively socialize with a customer every once in a while to make a more memorable experience down the line. I hope she truly develops a much better attitude, but I won't recommend this place and cross my fingers that we won't see each other again.(Any excuse she might blur out I refuse to tolerate)Thank you very much.
