Great food. Im going to sat it... better than than Publix. Way to expensive for a sandwich.
The regular Italian sub, served Mike's way, is very fresh and tastes good. but for my taste buds it's kind of bland. at $9.08 for a short sub it's very pricey.
Wouldn’t let me customize my sandwich because the manager didn’t want to offset inventory… what?

Jersey Mike’s subs are top notch , this 1 star is for the customer service by the lady on the grill. Horrible , she is absolutely hands down the last person you want to interact with .
They usually have a real good Philly steak the last one I got tasted like it was getting ready go bad haven't been back to talk to the manager I got it to go and didn't realize it till I got to where I was going then it was too late to turn around and go back
WAY too understaffed. I've been waiting 10 minutes in line, at non-peek hours, and there's one person actually able to make the subs, and ring people out. shes trying, but she needs way more help. WAY more. 1 capable person doesn't make a shift run. perhaps whoever limited her labor hours should come down to make up the difference.
Great sandwiches as usual but Kaley at this location was up beat, positive, and fun. Very good worker
