Pro - It’s a nice atmosphere and super busy. The people are friendly and the food was delicious. I also love the big screen in front that shows the order is ready and who is being in process.Con- I ordered takeout so I can bring it home. Constructive criticism they need an additional person to just answer phones and take orders. It was so busy and so unorganized. I was disconnected three times before I actually placed my order. The phone rang so many times without a soul answering before that. This was because they were on the other line taking more orders. Upon my arrival, I had missing items they had to cook while other food was getting cold. I would be hire another person just to take orders. The two ladies are overworked and they need some help.
Lunch buffet was great. Fun atmosphere, nothing too fancy. Food was tasty and fresh, was like home cooked. Nice change from the same old same old. I will be back. Good variety too.
I was so excited for this food after reading some of the reviews. I ordered the brown stew chicken (it came with rice and peas and vegetables) and I also ordered a side of plantains and mac and cheese. The brown stew chicken and vegetables were lacking flavor, the rice and peas was really dry and just not good. The Mac and cheese was just okay, and I loved the plantains. Two stars for the delicious plantains and the fast service even though they were really busy. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend!
Glad I stopped by this place for lunch. There were two options when you walk in, a sit down area and a take out section. Love all the colors in the architecture. There is outdoor seating too which I would not be surprised if it packs in late at night. I chose takeout. Staff was easy to work with. I ordered chicken curry and a beef patty. The patty did not even make it home it was so good. The chicken curry was supposed to be my lunch, but I think it will feed my entire family for dinner. And it was good to boot! The prices cannot be beat. I'm coming back to try some more goodies.
Attended the All Nations event Saturday while in town. We paid for a table & general admission but we realized we really could've just came in without booking anything for less & still got an unreserved table on the time we got there. The food was great though. Good favors.
Not sure what they got going on now with making you get buffet if you dine in. The vibe ain’t the same! Different owners or management. So weird
When I tell you that curry goat bless my soul! Jerk Hut has never failed me! The cabbage is always great and the oxtails were falling off of the bone. I tried the brown stew chicken for the first time and it was outstanding. I will be eating here again this week for lunch ?
The food is good sometimes. I ordered brown stew chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. The cabbage was hard and not cooked. Also the side of the mac & cheese was dry and the small portion wasnt worth the price. Its definitely a hit or miss with this spot.
Nice ambience. Buffet is definitely worth it. Food has appropriate coverage from a health perspective to make me feel safe in using the buffet. I hear they will be bringing back live music. That would be awesome. Rumpunch was good, and there is a bar.
Chicken was falling off the bone and the sauce was amazingly sweet and tasty
