Honestly disappointing coming here today. The food was great but the server, Daphne was terrible. When she greeted us she didn’t say good morning or anything just asked us what we wanted. Then through the meal she did not once stop at our table to ask if we needed anything else or to refill waters or coffee. We had to stop her as she went between her other tables that she was giving good service to. She seemed like she would rather be anywhere else

The absolute worst service and worst IHOP I ever went to. First, they ran out of clean cups and gave me a coffee cup with lipstick on it. Then, it took over 45 minutes to get our order. I ordered rye toast and got the ends of the bread. The food came all wrong with wrong sizes. We didn't want to complain anymore as we didn't want to wait 45 more minutes. The service was not the waitresses fault and she was very nice and a good waitress. What restaurant runs out of clean dishes and cups? The microwaved eggs were not the size we ordered. We will never come to this one again.
Wow! Totally disappointed with the cleanliness and overall appearance. This store across from the Tampa Airport near international Malls!When was seated by waitress Julie she handed us menus a"Big Roach" landed on the table! Not cool.We moved to another table and decided to 2nd chance it since we drove far and chose this location over 2 others. The food was not Hot just over warm.We had to ask twice for the the rest of our order. Woke up sick this morning. Want a total refund to go to a different location.
Ordered the steak omelet and got the charred mess seen in the photos. The steak, bell peppers and onions were pretty much charcoal. I scraped off the stuff on top, but found more mixed inside the omelet?.I should have sent it back, but service was very slow and I was happy to just get my food at that point.How can the restaurant even serve you this though? Do they really care this little about their customers?Everything else was standard IHOP quality. Our server was nice.

I ususally don't go to Ihop however my son wanted to go. It took a long time for us to get our food however it was an ok breakfast. The server was really nice.
Great as long as you're not in a hurry. Often there's a wait of 15-30 minutes. I love the pancakes and omelets.
I had a really good experience here last night after a very long day in multiple airports. The server was very kind and prompt. The food was hot and delicious. The table and surroundings were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this Ihop location.
Tampa, FL, right outside of the airport... I love IHOP but the staff and food here was the best by far! Very clean and pleasant
