Went to Hooters with my girls this weekend…. BEST TIME EVER! Our waitress Katie really is what made the experience for us. I don’t normally leave reviews but she was just too good… will definitely be making this location our new place to go. She was so personable and just absolutely hilarious! Beautiful girl with an even more beautiful personality!?
Went in to hooters and I was immediately greeted by Katie who sat me in her section. She provided excellent service and helped my son decide on the mac and cheese with tater tots. We both really enjoyed our food! Overall great experience and hope to have Katie again.
Another excellent experience at this local Tampa Hooters. Great service with the same vibe as the original in Clearwater with the beach/surfer theme and local sports teams’ memorabilia. Wings were awesome as usual! I had the Daytona extra crispy and my daughter the boneless traditional hot which kept the chicken juicy and tender. The Hooters slaw was as good as always, and the serving side of ranch was such that you didn’t need to ask for more. Happy hour 22oz beers on tap were at a reasonable price and served fresh and cold. Special shout out to our server Katie, who did an outstanding job of being friendly and attentive without being a helicopter server. Richie, the floor manager, also checked on his customers and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his wait staff and cooks. This was a very enjoyable experience at this Hooters, where there are numerous competing sports bars in the area. A great atmosphere to watch your local sports team on any of the numerous TVs, well placed throughout, or to just chill with friends or colleagues after work.
Samantha was the best hostess I've ever had! Phenomenal attitude and focus on customer experience! She was ecstatic to treat us to a table right away, and always came back to check on us to make sure we had full drinks and see if we needed anything extra. Overall, it was a great time for my buddies and I. I will be back!
Came in Saturday morning and sat with a lovely young woman. Aby took amazing care of me and my best friend! We came in for lunch and a couple beers but stayed for a couple pitchers! She recommended the buffalo shrimp which was exactly what we needed. The food was great but the service was amazing! Always had a smile on her face when she came outside to check on us and kept us laughing for the hour or so we were there. Great job Hooters!
The food is consistently great. The wait staff really listens to you and meets your needs. You wouldn't think of this as being a family restaurant but we've been coming here for almost 30 years. Our kids little league teams celebrated here. Our boy scout troops came here to recover from camping trips. All around great food, great service and fun for all.
It is real comforting to come in to Hooters I see a great staff. You have two great Bartenders Katie and Grace very attentive to their customers. It is very comforting when your staff is on point and the customer doesn't have to ask for anything it's already given to them before asking.
Worst service ever.Yes short staff is the new pandemic but the “service”we got was unacceptableArrived and got seated with no wait. Order taken after 10-15mins of being seated which is fine. Took an hour for food to come out and its not even the right order. Not a big order for party of 2 mind you. Three tables next to us where occupied when we arrive. During our hour wait these tables already got vacated and occupied by different sets of customers. 2nd set of customers for next tables sat ate and left before our order arrived.
I’ve ordered takeout here a few times. The wings are great. I ordered buffalo/hot wings and was given naked wings. I ordered another time and my girlfriends order was great but again I ordered hot wings and again I got screwed. There was sauce this time but not much, I had to really try and scrape up any sauce to get on my wings. The chicken wings themselves are great. Just get my sauce right please.
The waitress was not friendly at all. Rudely asked is that all after ordering and asked us to wait 20 minutes for a burger. Either way we got the order in 10 minutes. Not the best experience. Disappointed in this specific place. The burger was good but the fries were soggy. Not worth the visit.
