After a long day of traveling, my family and I looked forward to a nice dinner meal. Your restaurant is conveniently located near our hotel.We placed a takeout order of wings, two side salads and buffalo shrimp as an appetizer to share. The “salad” was mostly chopped tomatoes, actual lettuce leaves were sparse. I paid extra for blue cheese. I know it’s blue cheese, but it should not be furry!The wings were fried hard and were dry, ultimately inedible. The “buffalo sauce” was a red oily substance and the shrimp were just place on top of the unknown red oil. Most notably was the unappealing smell from the moment I opened that box.The entire meal was discarded. Our experience was egregious. The meal you served, was the worse waste of the $90+ dollars I have spent on a takeout order.As a quality management professional, I sincerely recommend that management have greater oversight of the food preparation, presentation and quality of takeout orders. Your staff worked hard to earn this review, because every part of our food order was unforgivably bad.After throwing away the $90 meal we ordered, we ended up eating Pringles and Pepsi last night, thank goodness I packed snacks.Please improve and perform quality checks before orders go out the door. Thank You.
I’ll start by saying I just went to a Hooters in Orlando and had the BEST WINGS I’ve ever had so I was excited to get home and try the hooters by me. So far from good it wasn’t funny. The pic I’m posting is of the mild wings. There’s no sauce. The menu was very different. Not as many choices of sauces or rubs. Service was good though.
My 4 year old requested chicken wings and this restaurant was the first place to pop up! Had an amazing time and I have not laughed this much in a long time . Great food , music , good drinks , and amazing staff.
had lunch today had Graycie as a waitress she is as good of a waitress as she is beutifull go see her you will not be dissapointed food is really good also
I did a Uber eats with this company and when I got my food I noticed that it was not what I ordered it also was very cold like it has been sitting the fries were very stale so I called them I spoke to two people that were very rude then I got to speak to Ben who told me that he’s apologize but there’s nothing that he can do and then Began to blame Uber eats for the incorrect order but his team was the ones that did not add the cheese they did not add barbecue sauce on the side and they also let the order sit that was obviously not my order it was someone else’s order and they just gave it to me the bacon was burnt as well as the other condiments were not inside of the order I spent 16$ for something that only cost 9.99$ don’t waste your money like I did // just like a bad company to blame someone else they didn’t cook the food your company did just look at it and I’m sure I wouldn’t enjoy it never will I eat there
My favorite item on the Hooters menu has always been the Grouper sandwich, although food-wise they are famous for wings. Due to COVID, I hadn’t been there in a long time, but had a real craving for the grouper yesterday, and ordered takeout because it was Friday evening and very busy there.I was not disappointed - The Fried Grouper sandwich was delicious, a bit flaky and well seasoned which I like, with a generous portion as I remembered it, and the Curly Fries were good as well. Comparable, in my opinion, to a large fish sandwich from a nice seafood restaurant. I’ve read other reviews that claim the Blackened Grouper sandwich is the best, I will have to try that on a future visit and compare.
This place is GREAT! The manager is unbelievable. We come as a family with my grand children. Manager always comes to greet us and fist bump the kids and makes us feel like family. Service is perfect. The girls work hard and the manager is always there with a helping hand. Highly recommend for a fun relaxing out with the family.

Came in last night with my son and his soccer team. Skylar took great care of us. Anything we needed she was already bringing. The naked hot wings were delicious. I’d skip the fries next time though.
