Bad service at the bar from the start,which is normally not the Norm, but this young lady Laura was very dismissive when trying to get her attention to order a drink and the guys next to us were having the same issue trying to pay their bill. I actually waved by hand in the air and she looked at me and walked away, the people next to us could not believe it! I guess she was having a bad day! Luckily the other young lady was nicer.
Extremely disappointed I am beyond disappointed that this location feels that burnt wings are ok for pickup orders. Lesson learned double check before exiting and NOT ordering from this location again. I just spent $29.01 for 20 wings that I can not nor will I eat.
I ordered an online order through their website and even got an email confirmation of the order but when I arrived they had no record of my order. The Manager instructed the hostess to ring up the order but the problem was I had already paid.. So she had to get him involved again in which he came to me to get additional information. When I showed him my phone that had the order up on their site, he was taken back by that there was no date on the order. I offered to show him the email confirmation that would clearly show the date and I got no response, he just walked away. Long story short I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food and received no apology nor any care that a good portion of my afternoon was wasted here. As if that was not bad enough, when I got home they forgot a portion of my order.

Lost my business. I HATE waiters that walk by you and act like you don’t exist. Perfect example of terrible business. Walk around flapping your hair and staring at the walls. How many little high horse waiters gotta walk by you before you get acknowledged? Staff? What staff?You can be seated at a table and they won’t even look at you or get you a drink let alone a menu.Staff is ridiculous. And a joke.
Went there after a football game Saturday. It was crowded but we were seated rather quickly. Ordered the normal. Wings & Beer. I opted for a cobb salad added chicken. Overall it was good.
I am only giving the one star for Sylvia. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was cold and had no flavor. We came specifically for hooters wings because we love them but highly disappointed! Food was cold and no sauce on the wings. Fries were old and cold. Not good! Wish we would have went somewhere else for supper.
pretty girls, but i ordered 20 wings with medium hot sauce and not a single wing had sauce on my carry out orderupdate: i ordered again today, my wings came sitting on a pool of oily hot sauce which is an improvement from last time but i might as well coat these wings in hot sauce myself tomorrow. i'm not planning to order from here again.
This is second time I get double fried overcooked wings. This is where they have half cooked wings on fryer....when u order they flash fry and serve. U know it when the wings come out in less than a minute. Happened again last night, had to sent back, spoke to manger who did not deny the practice of refrying, just gave me another order of wings, won't be going back ...if you are going to charge over a dollar a wing, I expect fresh cooked food, not reheated.
