Hardy Rock always Hardy Rock.
I love to visit a Hard Rock I’ve never been to and I hate to write a bad review. I was excited to visit a new location but it was like our waitress disappeared. We needed drink refills and it took forever for her to come back and check on us. Otherwise, the visit was great. We were seated right away and the food was good as usual. I had the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and my mom had the bbq pork sandwich. For those of you who collect pins and such, the hotel shop and cafe shop have different stuff.
"I'm sorry, we're out of fresh fruit" would've been a great message from the kitchen. But instead, a decision was made to take the time to arrange and serve decaying fruit at this pricey Hard Rock Hotel restaurant.Although the grouper tacos were tastey, and we were hungry before the concert we went to the Hard Rock Hotel to see, the impression made by serving this 'not so fresh' fruit had a negative impact. Not sure what the orange sauce was intended for. Will probably choose to dine on the way to the hotel next time we visit.
Surprisingly great food! I do wish they had soup, tho.
Always such great service! We love coming here for dinner!!! Nicest staff ever!?
Great service and great music!
Ive been to many Hard Rocks but this one was pretty incredible. The seating right next to the stage was very cool and the service was amazing. We had Emily as our server and she was everything you want in wait staff. Polite, sweet, personable and just all around professional. The salmon was perfectly cooked and everything we ate and drank was just top notch. Its smaller than most hard rocks but certainly worth the visit! Be sure to ask for Emily she was incredible and made the experience that much better
This is my new favorite place!! It’s so big and so many things to do! My significant other treated me with this trip so it was a very nice surprise since I’ve never been. We gambled on the casino, went to Sugar factory, went to Council Oaks steak house and also went to the Rock Spa… all of this located in or connected to the Hard Rock Cafe… there are so many other places in here as well that I’ll come back to check out.
The Guinness here is not real Guinness
I took my family and wanted my grandsons 15,17 to experience Hard Rock. We arrived early and not many people there, While the waitress was nice the service was extremely bad. Lots of people came in after us and were served before us, Finally meal arrives and I had ordered shrimp fajitas the shrimp were so small way over cooked and tasteless. We waited so long and everyone was very hungry I ate them. We missed our next activity appointment, I told waitress and she told manager. They took a couple dollars off bill. Manager didn't even come to the table. Very disappointing and bad experience lousy management. Would not recommend to anyone.
