I had the best experience with Chef Marie. She was accommodating, friendly, professional, and simply the best. The graduation cake I requested surpassed my expectations. The cake was gorgeous. The decorations were beautiful. The taste was delicious. I cannot thank you enough for everything. Thank you thank you thank you!

They listened to my vision and made it a dream come true. The look of the cake was out of this world, and the taste of each layer was made with so much love! Wow is all we can say! Marie is not only sweet, she is very creative and artistic in her designs. The "sugar flower" design she created on the cake was so intricate, it looked real. We would highly recommend "Hand On Sweet" for your wedding cake choice. And not a surprise, the cake was also delicious and liked by all the guest.
While they specialize in wedding cakes, they are incredible at making other cakes too! We ordered a Winnie the Pooh hunny pot cake for our daughter’s birthday party and it was stunning! The details of the cake were beyond perfect and it was delicious!
Hands on Sweets was the icing on the cake for our wedding. Chef Marie was amazing to work with. Her communication and follow ups were timely and professional. She designed the perfect dessert bar and even accommodated our request for donuts and figurines of our pets on our cake. Everything tasted incredible! 10/10 highly recommended.
Marie did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding! She spent a lot of time with us discussing exactly what my daughter wanted/envisioned for her special day. We had an awesome taste testing, so much fun! The display and presentation at the wedding was perfect. We highly recommend Hands on Sweets for your special event!
This great tampa couple did my daughters 3rd birthday cake a couple years back. They did such an amazing job. Their specialty is wedding cakes but when i was running out of options I chose them! (They are pretty pricey but that’s because they deliver QUALITY) I’m glad I did though because in my search for someone to design her cake no one was willing to do exactly what I wanted. Hands On Sweets told me they would make it exactly as I requested and there wouldn’t be any issues and that’s exactly what they delivered. They delivered to the party and laid everything down and asked if I had any concerns or if I was happy with my service. I ordered a cake, cookies and matching cake pops. Unicorn themed! Everything tasted as good as it looked! I’m not sure why I took so long to make this review years later BUT they deserve 5 stars! Better late than never! Thank you for such a beautiful memory my daughter will have to look back at.
After searching all over the Tampa area and surroundings, we narrowed it down to 3 bakers. After the tasting it was HANDS ON SWEET that caught our attention. The cake was moist and fresh. The frosting was just right. But the fillings were the best. It was like having a party of flavors. It was so hard to choose a favorite. They were all so good.Working with Chef Marie was excellent. She has the patience of a Saint. My daughter wanted a specific design which they were able to create exactly down to the last detail.Thank you Hands On Sweet!
Hands on Sweets made our wedding cake and "thank you gift" macaroons for our May 2021 wedding. We were SO pleased with the experience working with Chef Marie and their end product. When communicating with Chef Marie at the beginning of the wedding planning process, she helped us tremendously by putting together a potential "look" for our wedding cake based on "vision" photos we sent to her. Her suggestion is what we selected and it was stunning. We LOVED the uniqueness of their flavors too - we opted to have part of our cake be carrot cake with guava filling, and it was delicious! The other flavor we had was pink champagne cake with cream cheese filling, which was also incredible. We added macaroons as thank you gifts, and to this day, our attendees tell us that they were the best ones they have ever had! Thank you to Chef Marie for helping make our wedding absolutely perfect!!
