the açaí bowls taste as good as they look! grain and berry is a gem and my go-to for açaí bowls in westchase. clean and cozy environment and great food easily makes this one of my favorite places to eat.

Were looking for an açaí bowl during a trip from the north down to Sarasota, and this place is basically en route. Ended up being deliciously refreshing especially after a long night of driving. Couldn’t ask for any better of an experience.

the avocado flatbread is delicious. I love their tomato sauce on the flatbread. I get it every time. Coffee is also good and I just like the atmosphere of that place. the flatbread is about $11 I think and coffee about $4. they also have several smoothies.

Good food, good service. Maybe you may say the prices are high, but you will get what you paid for. One single bowl is enough to fill you. Great place

Been to this location and others a couple time. I have finally decided that this time was my last visit to any Grain n Berry due to disappointing factors on each visit. In this case I ordered from the country way location in Tampa but the number on trip advisor was for Palm Harbor location even though the address and location on maps was in Tampa. So this mest up my lunch time as I ordered ahead of time but they had the wrong number for the country way location on Trip advisor so after arriving I had to reorder and wait. Upon receiving my order we left back to work and come to find out they never added the extras we asked and paid for, they included a used spoon in the bag and it was missing the top half of a spoon, the container was dirty on the outside and the ingredients were mediocre, not much flavor for a fruit bowl. Kaia a bowl in countryside is by far miles ahead. Also, to respond to your genetic reply.... I came in on the same date as my review around 1:30pm. You should look into all these complaints for yourself not me. Because your not providing any customer satisfaction with your genetic responses for all the complaints on quality and service... So no need to say that your going to look into it for me because your not... Plus it's your declining business not mine... As customers we have options and your location seems to be getting crossed off a lot of customers list of places to go...

I never go to this location, I usually go to the palm harbor and my really good friend open her own location in key west and now I never had an experience so terrible the food is terrible compared to the quality of the other locations. Kinda disappointed considering I do frequent this restaurant. Not one piece of avo in this part of quesa and the extra amount of sauce was ridiculous.

I will never order from here ever again. They did a terrible job. Ordered a grain and berry split and they literally gave me yogurt almond butter and fruit. No peanut butter No Nutella No coconut shavings No added items that I clearly put in the notes. I want a refund. Whoever works mondays at 1pm should be fired. Paid 25 dollars to make myself upset…

Very disappointed by the quality of food and service that I received. The customer service here was very poor, with unfriendly and uninformed employees which made ordering an absolute nightmare. My smoothie was flavorless and mostly melted by the time it was finally handed over. Much to my despair, my parfait had mushy, bruised strawberries and warm yogurt that made me question its integrity, freshness, and overall edibility. The quesadilla was bland and overcooked. Nothing was fresh, nothing tasted even remotely decent- which is so unfortunate as I am not picky and had been looking forward to trying this spot for some time. For the prices, fresh strawberries from a state where they grow readily are the least one could ask for. Additionally, fruit flies buzzed about hopelessly and the trash area smelled wretched with bowls and plates piled high. Just gross.
