Friendly staff and fast service. Let's Go Pesto Flatbread was delicious, and we could not tell that it was plant-based chicken. I'm not vegetarian nor vegan but that flatbread was great. The Good Karma bowl was good too. Will definitely come back to try other menu items.
Before we headed to the Tampa airport to go back home, we were cravings smoothie bowls and found Grain and Berry! We dined in and loved the nice glass bowls we were given, and the presentation was great. Both the açaí and pitaya bowls were so fresh, as well as all of the toppings. The staff made them pretty quickly despite how busy they were!
This place is great! I got the kicked chicken (plant based) quesadilla and a smoothie. Harrison was helpful with my order. I will return.
I'll be honest. I was hesitant about trying this. I'm a healthy person but wasn't down for acai for lunch. Holy poo this is good. I got the grain and berry. Figured it was a good introductory bowl and it was bangin.
I have to meet in the middle here on this review. first we can start with what deserves 5 stars: their AÇAÍ is the best I’ve ever had. Literally THE BEST. Their staff is kind. My family and I frequently eat here & truly love the food. I’ve just had so many bad experiences that make me go... “ugh I want grain and berry SO bad but I don’t want to have to deal with it.” I understand what positive & negative reviews can do for a business. I apologize, but hope this is taken constructively.As a regular Grain and Berry fan & customer:First, online ordering is absolutely atrocious. Rarely will it ever allow you to check out as a guest on Revel-Up, now the option is unavailable. Neither me nor family members could sign up because we all had duplicate accounts and were told to check our email to verify emails yet no emails have ever come. Super frustrating also when Door Dash adds a few extra dollars to each item on the menu compared to Revel Up. Well now you have to download an app. No one wants to download an app to order to-go that’s particular to only one restaurant. What if you don’t have phone space. We want convenience.I ordered pick up last week & arrived at the time it said my food was ready. Unfortunately it was not- which I understand if busy. It wasn’t. Some of the ingredients in my order were “out” and an employee had to run to Publix to re-up on yogurt. It was a huge inconvenience to arrive on time & be expected to wait an extra 25 minutes when picking up food. If I had a work meeting I had to make- I would have had to leave & be out of $50 worth of food because someone else gave me an inaccurate time.Lastly- everyone deserves a revamp in this world, restaurants included. But please update Google hours when you are in fact closed, so I don’t go 4 days in a row craving an açaí bowl & wanting to take a grippy sock vacation because I made it all the way there to be turned away when Google says you’re OPEN.
This was my first time at a Grain and Berry. The owner was so attentive to his customers he heard me say it was my first time and set me up with samples so I could make a better choice in flavors. The staff all together was friendly and really seemed to enjoy what they were doing! The bowl I had was delicious too! This is definitely my new lunch stop!

By far the best Acai bowls I've had. The ingredients are always fresh with consistent quality every time. The staff here are super friendly and feel like they really care about what they do. Top notch customer service and great fresh food have made this place a regular go to for us.
The past handful of times I have ordered from here has been awful 1. Ingredients missing from my order 2. Sloppy sloppy made. This order I even asked for extra peanut butter..does this look like it has extra.. also the whole side of my bowl is cracked?? I love the food but when it comes how I order it
