We are having the time of our lives her at Golden Pan and Chaat House on Fowler Ave in Tampa. Enjoying the most delicious and succulent food I have ever encountered in my worldly travels. The food , Chole Bhature, Pani Puri, Bun Kabaab, Samosas, fresh Sugar Cane juice, is out of this world, the service is absolutely pleasant and one of nicest and kindest Owner and Employees we have ever encountered on our trip.
Extremely disrespectful employee.Had a friend bring over their food and it was good so I decided to Uber eats it a few days later. The time delivery was between 12-12:30, so when it came close to 12:30 I called to see if the order was on the way. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY disrespectful. I told her my situation and asked if the food was on the way and she said they didn’t get it and to order online again, which I said we did but you just said you never received an order so how am I to believe you’re going to receive the order again. She talked in a disgusting tone over the phone. So then I said we’ll order over the phone and pick it up. She then wanted my card number which I didn’t want to give because I don’t trust them. They can easily charge me and then say they never received the payment and steal my money along with the food. I said why can’t we order and just pick it up and she said because I might cheat her out of their money, and again she said all of this in a terrible tone. She kept going on and on and wouldn’t let me speak so I said stop for a second, if I come and order it in person, how long will it take for the food to be prepared BUT I couldn’t even ask my question because SHE HUNG UP ON ME.I have NEVER dealt with a businesses with such disrespectful employees. Their food might be good but they treat you lesser than, yell at you through the phone, and HANG UP on you. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady didn’t even give me her name because she KNEW she was in the wrong. If this business takes their work and customers seriously they need to deal with that disrespectful employee. Absolutely disgusting.
The best dahi puri I have tried in Florida! They have an incredible street food menu, which is not easy to find around here.Service is great and the staff always makes you feel welcome! Highlight recommend this to anyone looking for authentic food/snacks and a homely experience.
I had the best experience at the Golden Pan and Chaat House. Ate the best chicken Biryani in the the area, absolutely delicious and fresh squeezed sugar cane juice , out of this world. The Pani Puri is the most finger licking delicious,The service is absolutely superior and very cordial and polite owner.
Worse food ever. Never going back. I have no idea why there are good reviews for this place. I was craving for pani Puri and went there hoping to have pani Puri affer a long time. I felt like they threw some old puris and some choke on plate and served with very bad pani. I felt very bad. Being away from hometown, I hope people atleast have a minimum respect to the food they serve to other cultures naming it as INDIAN food. Samosas smelled bad and tasted worse. Falooda is a little ok. But after being disappointed by having that food, we dint even bother about falooda. I wish I can just post my Experience giving 0 ratings. Please don’t go to this place and don’t get disappointed.

This place is a real gem. Sugarcane juice rivals what you get in India. I tried the sev puri too which was really good.In the past I have tried the paan and falooda which were excellent as well.Several improvements have been made to the seating area although it was cozy in the past as well.They have a small menu but you will want to try everything.The service was super pleasant. Will always remember the super friendly nature of Salim bhai.
Really food taste is amazing and delicious in affordable prices. Chola bhatura and pani puri is good taste. Will Visit next time
It’s been a while since I had design street food in Florida. Being pan house, they had extensive street food menu. Impressed. I loved their Dahi puri, veg puff and chole. Not so impressed with Samosa chaat. Reception lady was very helpful and went above and beyond to comfort our daughter. Overall good experience.
