Stay away!!!! I just came from there, and they totally ignored my presence. The hostess asked, if she can help me. I said yes, would like to sit and eat something on the patio. She said one moment, and never came back. I kind of feel discriminated against. Everybody, except 1 customer were white, as well as their personell, and I am Spanish looking. I hope I'm wrong, however can't shake the feeling, if I had another skin tone, they would have catered to me. The waitstaff and bartenders were more interested in the ice hockey game on the big screen than acknowledgeing me. Thanks for nothing! So after standing there waiting like an idiot for some time, and nobody came to seat me, as promised by the host, I left. Absolutely unacceptable, especially since there were plenty seating available. Hope that ice hockey game was worth it. I will tell all my coworkers and friends about this experience as well.
Today I ordered food from Glory Days via UberEats because I had been studying for a work exam all day. My salad was delivered with no dressing and I was very unhappy (hangry was more like it) and of course I was also stressed out. I called the store to speak to the manager and a lady named McKenzie was on duty. I told her the situation and I asked for a refund because I obviously couldn’t eat my salad without the dressing and delivery is not cheap. McKenzie blew me away when she offered to personally bring the salad dressing to my home so I could continue studying. The kitchen manager was at my home within 15 minutes and not only did they bring me my dressing, they included a VERY special treat for me. They went above and beyond for me to make things right and I am so grateful!! It truly made my night! Top notch customer service ☺️
We have had some really GREAT dishes here! I know, I know, you are thinking "sports bar" how good could it really be. I am telling you, this is far from a regular sports bar. I think their fire roasted wings are amazing. I also love their GD bowl and right now they have an item that I pray they place on the menu called the Skinny Mac California Pizza. It tastes like a big mac ?On top of the great food, our location is run by someone who brightens day every time I see him. His name is George and he has a contagious smile, he has more energy than anyone I know and he makes you feel like a welcome guest in his home.
Great experience ... driving from Venice to Mount Dora .... stopped in randomly and had a great meal with great service.... atmosphere was great definitely will be back..... Great Philly Cheese steak & gf. Friend ordered pulled pork w/no pickle. It arrived WITH pickle. Waitress took it back but upon return. They just switched the bread. Normally OK, but due to her bad allergies, just a little juice might have been a bad scene with her. They took it back & made her one fresh. Very polite in doing so! Waitress was attentive, TV’s ALL OVER the wall, not too loud & prompt service.
We were there at 5 pm on a Sunday, and the place was almost empty. We were one of a few people seated in the dining room; the rest were at the bar. Took several minutes for a waitress to even come take a drink order. Ordered appetizer, that took a while to come, and then our meal came within about 2 minutes of our appetizer. I really hate that! I ordered the Monte Cristo, which I've had before. But this one was awful! It was like biting into a sponge that had been fried in old oil. Not even hot. All pieces were spongy, with absolutely no crisp, and tasted like it had been cooked hours ago and just warmed up. So disappointing. Service was extremely slow for how many people were there, and I'm guessing it might have been partially because of all the laughing and fooling around, going on around the bar area. Our waitress disappeared when we wanted our check and didn't even ask if we wanted dessert. Will not be going back there.
Our Server was Great We were a group of 8 Some choices better than others The wings were really good Chicken tenders & fish were over cooked Fries were not hot Cobb salad was large and tasty
Their ranchero wrap was definitely NOT 1300 calories as the menu stated. Like 800 calories max. Had to also get a burger and even then still had room for dessert. Food is just ok, I imagine most people hang out at mediocre joints like this mostly to drink
Staying at a nearby hotel. Stopped by for a beer and wings. I prefer crispier but flavorful sauce. Very friendly attentive service.
Tried Glory Days for the first time. An excellent experience. Great pub style food… with something for just about everyone. Reasonably priced and good service. Will be back.
