Extremely disappointed with my last experience with Ginza. Been coming here for 6 years and it was always good. This place has really gone down.hill. the pieces are small and not very good. This my last here. Definitely would not recommend this place. What a shame
The food wasn't that great, my kids got the hibachi chicken with fried rice and the chicken had a slimy texture and the rice had no flavor. When I asked if they had teriyaki sauce for the kids' rice, they said no. They only had eel and spicy mustard. I ordered sushi, which wasn't the worst I had, but definitely not the best. However the waiter was super nice and the ice cream was decent. So I give it a 3, even though the food should be a 2.
My boyfriend and I both ate here and we both started having stomach issues. I am 8 months pregnant and severely scared. When I talked to the manager, he claimed that it wasnt his food and blamed it on us eating before, even though we hadnt. I had been here several times before, but this was an awful experience. We will never eat here again.
Food is GROSS! Manager is disrespectful! I would not recommend eating from here. The sauces on all of their food is super thick and has a weird taste as if the “chef” and I use that word loosely…. It’s as if the chef can’t decide if the food should be sweet or sour, if the rice should be hard or soft. Just a awful experience. Once I received my food I explained to the waiter that I did not enjoy it and she gladly removed it. Upon receiving the bill I explained to someone else because our waiter never came back, that I only had the miso soup and shrimp tempura appetizer. He went to get the manager and the manager rudely stated “you can go somewhere else and pay more money if you don’t like it” he is very disrespectful! Not to mention the fact that my boyfriend wanted to order something else around 8:50 and he shouted at the waiter for the second time since we’ve been there and said NO! All you can eat my behind. Shut this place down or fire the manager. Terrible and disrespectful experience from a paying customer.
Very clean and friendly staff! Sushi is amazing hibachi is very good. Order anything they bring make it and bring it to the table. $14 for lunch $24 for dinner. Amazing food.
Affordable prices for all you can eat. Good variety to chose from but nothing over the top delicious, pretty simple. I especially love the fried dough!
I would always go there to enjoy all you can eat sushi and hibachi. But lately there food is not good as it once was. Few times I have received my shrimp teriyaki to be cold. So I stopped going perhaps in the future will try again.
This was one of my favorite spots. The last 3 visits was a disappointment. The ginger was dry and old. The service quality has gone down from 9 to a 5. We ordered a plate and asked for no mushroom because of allergies, they mess it up 3 times in a row, with the third one showing that they picked it out of the plate. Forgot a small piece. FYI the juice causes a reaction as well.
Very bad service, don’t eat here the food isn’t very good and it’s over priced. They charge extra for everything even a sauce. Please don’t spend your money here it’s not worth it at all. I went with my wife and mom and it was 90$ and we barely ate and enjoyed the food. The server was so rude that she got the manager to help her and the person who runs the food literally told us she was on her period. It was unacceptable and I’m so unhappy with the 90$ that I spent I regret eating at this disgusting restaurant, I will never go again.
