As someone who has never been here and was having a particularly rough day, the staff on the line made it an easy experience. Talking me through the process and suggesting different options. Whoever helped me, THANK YOU!! You were right, the cold noodles were a great choice! I thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere of the place and will definitely be back.

Absolutely love coming here. Amazing food, quick, easy, and healthy. Highly recommended, the BBQ chicken and steak are the best proteins.
Loved the combination of healthy bowls. My favorite is the brown rice, spicy noodles and salmon. Everything is amazingly seasoned. Loved it ?❤️
To be clear the rating is based on price vs food. The food is wonderful and it is fresh, but it is more expensive than other competitors that are close. The food is great, but it is still a bowl with limited choices. If the location matters more to you, then you won't be disappointed. If you are wanting a bowl restaurant you can find other options that are just as good, but cheaper and still within the South Howard (SoHo)/ Hyde Park area.
1st time there and I will be back. The gluten free cookies were delicious. The food was tasty and the customer service was excellent. The gentleman opening the door was a nice touch. They were very patient with me as I tried to narrow down my order from the myriad of choices.

Menu was a little confusing for a first timer, but staff was super helpful in explaining it and offering suggestions on what to pair together. The food was very good- I got a kids portion and it was just enough. They had a lot of good fruit drink options, too.
I just had to stop and immediately write a review about this Fresh Kitchen location. First of all, the food is fantastic and fully gluten free. I love wowing my Executive team with great lunches, and they love this restaurant. More importantly, we had an issue with an order today and the manager and team went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend this location.
