Not happy with they're nonchalant attitude or their lack of communication...and I speak Spanish. Went in to order my daughter's birthday cake. I told her my daughter wanted an ombre cake with teal fading into light pink. With a crescent moon and stars on top. She was condescending and argumentative about everything I asked. When I said can you put happy birthday on top she said there was no room and I said thats fine just put it along the bottom on the tray. Then I asked if she can put the number 19 she said " Well how many things do you want to fit on this cake? There's not going to be any room" all I was asking was for a moon and stars all standing and the number 19 standing as well. The pictures of their custum cakes in their catalog show way more complicated things than that. The cake of course didn't come out how we asked. Instead of ombre teal and pink we got a layer of blue a layer of light blue and a layer of pink. I had also explained in Spanish what teal was mind you. They did write happy birthday on top of the cake when she said they couldn't and they had plenty of room to have been able to stick the 19 in there. The moon they used was a weird shape more like a skinny triangle sticking out of the top that they cut out of one of their styrofoam containers. I had to make the moon myself out of fondant and bought my own 19 and it fit just fine.

I went this morning for a breakfast. I haven’t been on this place since I moved out of Tampa but this morning I was close and I decide to stop by, this place is very well known, but to my surprise I noticed that none of their staff members that were working in there preparing / handling the food had either Face Mask or gloves. So my option was to leave and no buying nothing. This are critical times we are going through the the COVID-19 pandemic ? and more viruses and we need to take care each other.Everyone run their business how they want but this is just something to take in consideration and provide Face Mask / Gloves to the staff members, you might attract more costumers and help society.Thank you

Came here to order a custom cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. The lady gave us an attitude, rude looks, and told us that they don’t do fondant, cake toppers, or anything aside from the basic cakes they had on display. I’ve seen the photos of their cakes on their website and this is not true at all. We got the feeling they didn’t want to service us because my wife and daughter are Black, so we walked out.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich with just Mustard Mayonnaise and Pickles not pressed. The lady looked at me like I had three heads and said "not pressed". I replied yes please, I like my sandwich traditional, she shook her head and took the order and I paid for it.My sandwich was brought out in a bag, I took it and drove home. In open the bag and when I unwrapped the sandwich it wasn't on Actual authentic Cuban bread but something that looked like a loaf of bread, no where near authentic Cuban bread. I won't be buying anything from that place agin.

Good customer service and delicious pastries and breakfasts

Excellent Bakery! But, workers do not wear covid prevention masks.

Soo impressed. Will be back on my next trip down!!!

They toasted the sandwich with the lettuce and tomatoes in it they overcooked and burnt the pastrami worst place to go buy sandwiches their service it's completely bad they don't know how to treat their customers

Best Cuban sandwiches!!!Angela Dudley, Realtor, Exp Realty, The Sails Team, The Reiki Realtor

Despite a language barrier I was able to get exactly what I wanted. It was fresh and priced really well considering the portion. Got a few treats for dessert also. Keep up the excellent work!
