I have lived in Tampa my entire life. Last week I had a debate with some old friends about the best Cuban in town. Flan Factory was my buddies favorite so I had to try it. He was 100% right. This Cuban was top notch and my new Tampa favorite. The slow roasted pork on this Cuban was the most flavorful I've ever had. The sweet potato fries were amazing. The 2 flans we tried were unreal. Mama Ester was so nice and delightful and helped us navigate the menu. This is a Tampa gem. Stop by you won't be disappointed.

come here if you want to be treated like family!!!if I could give a higher score, I would. I originally saw this place on tiktok and wanted to try because of my flan obsession. My sister and I went… and let me just tell you, we were immediately treated like family. The staff explained the entire menu and we wanted to try everything they suggested. The entire staff are the kindest and most helpful people. We got our apps and entrees and wowowowowow we were blown away. The fried rice is to die for. I think i’ve nearly tried every sandwich (Mojo pork is my personal fav). And the flan!!! I got orange, original, pistachio, nutella, and cafe con leche. All were so so good but the orange really blew me away. In fact, I went back a week later and they had cycled new flavors so the orange wasn’t offered currently. I told Ester (I think that’s how you spell it) that the orange was my absolute favorite and asked when it was coming back. She told me that she would make it later this week and set some aside just for me!!! This place has earned a life long customer.
The food was amazing. The Timba is a neat twist on the traditional guava y queso combo. The Cuban was perfect. The flan was really good and I hope to go back many more times and try all the different flavors.I just wish they had more seating!
This family owned & operated restaurant won't be a "best kept secret" for long. The food is delicious. The service is friendly. The menu offers variety. Breakfast served all day. Try their breakfast Cuban sandwich. Last but certainly not least try the flan which comes in a variety of flavors(menu Pic attached). Also try the Timba...oh my I could go on forever. Enjoy!

Flantastic!! It reminded me of the flan my Abuela makes, which is high praise. We tried the pistachio and orange amaretto flan and then ordered more flavors to go! Each one was unique and delicious. They don't only serve flan, the sandwiches we had were equally yummy, and their chorizo is something special! Flan Factory is a must-visit spot!
Hands down best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Everything is scratch made, including the pickles. Also enjoyed Cuban fried rice, it was very flavorful. Definitely a spot you must try when visiting Tampa. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pictured: Guava flan (and competitive Cubans that I ate too quickly to grab a snap of ?.) Stay was super sweet and positioned the restaurant like an experience asking if we were first timers. Over all super fun, will be back!
