This Five Guys in particular made an especially good burger in comparison to the others around.Would recommend if you're interested in a more pricey burger, and don't forget the fries.

Friendly staff.. the burger WAS tastier than the competitors but for sure the fries killed it.. crispy, flavorful..afrigginmazing!!!

My husband and I are new in Northdale. We decided to try Five Guys for the first time. Never again. Really expensive and not worthy. Not fresh. We ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, I still waiting for the bacon. Moist bread. Rancid fries.

Place was clean, staff helpful, little confused at the menu on the wall, fries were good but expensive, don't need a full bag of them, burger was good tasting , but a little pricey, who spends $20. Dollars on lunch for your self, burger ,fries, and a small drink, my first time there, most likely won't be back unless someone else picks it out, culver's, Red Robin, steak and shakes burgers are close too the same flavor and taste but alot less in price.

Really disappointed they stopped offering curbside. It's not always possible to get out of the car and go inside, nor would I really want to now, with a global pandemic still going on and no one wearing masks anymore.

The burger was really good as always however I got the small fry and I used to get a 1/4 bag full now I get just a little bit of fries anymore about the size of McDonald's medium and for $4.50 I would like a lot more fries I don't know if I will order them again and for some reason they were sweet I didn't care for sweet Fry's that's why it's not a five star like it used to be.

Always the best option. The best hamburger in the world.

Ordered online (goggle) at 5:13.Was told the order would be ready at 5:25.Waited and waited inside. I wasn’t acknowledged until 5:35. Didn’t walk out until 5:39.Out of hot dog buns, and only found out because I double checked my order.Very poor customer service.

The prices have gone through the roof and it's not all because of inflation. It's price gouging, or in corporate lingo, an "aggressive pricing strategy." Whatever you call their astounding price increases, the quality of the food has not kept up and IMO has declined. For the money, there's better out there. This is not the same FG as the before times.

Historically, I've really loved Five Guys, but unfortunately my last visit changes my opinions. They have become very expensive overall, and they're past approach of over serving fries has gone in opposite direction. I spent $17 for a regular cheeseburger and little fries. The food was good, but I actually left hungry. Also the shake machine was down. Maybe I'll just go to Wendy's going forward. The food is just as good, portions are better, and prices are less. My review has considered the inflationary environment that we're all suffering.
