Whenever I come to Sparkmans this is always my first stop. I love the drinks, especially the Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade. Cant recommend it enough! That being said, today I had an uncomfortable experience. My friends and I ordered 3 drinks and didn’t like one of them… I asked if we could potentially exchange it or if I should just buy a new one instead. One of the girls was very rude and told me that they couldn't replace the drink because “we know how to read a menu, and we know what we like and don’t like.” I literally offered to buy a new one off the bat… There was no need to be so hostile and snide. I don’t know if today was just a fluke, but I haven't had any negative experiences before this one.

Fun area and great atmosphere! Parking was a little confusing, many people searching for parking info in the adjacent lot. We can’t wait to try all the food out. You must go to Jeni’s for ice cream... I must admit I was a skeptic and looking for a more traditional ice cream menu but after eating it.... OMG good! The waffle cones are made fresh and the Rainbow RBF was seriously the best ice cream I’ve ever had with the coffee creamer flavor being a close second.
