There's just something amazing about this coffee shop. The atmosphere is relaxing and warm. We always stop by here on our way back home to Gainesville. They have such cool and interesting flavors of lattes. Yeah!
Cute, Creative, & Trendy:Great coffee and unique flavors. A unique coffee shop to study and read books. No loud noises which will help you a lot to concentrate on what you do. They do have a variety of food and drinks you can select from. I honestly love the great exterior & interior all over the place. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! A memorable place to relax.
Just behind an actual Starbucks, you gotta check this place out if you love tea! The specialty teas all sound amazing. I went with the Merlin Tea and now I'm officially a Wizard.
Last week me and my friend spent almost 2 hours in there. Quite place with nice tea and breakfast. I hope they can upgrade sitting arrangements outside. Chairs and tables are too old to use comfortably. I would love to visit again.
I come here frequently to get some caffeine for studying, and the drinks are always amazing. The prices are similar to Starbucks, sometimes a bit more expensive, but the quality of drinks and customer service make it much better than any Starbucks I’ve been to. Recently, I had a to-go drink that was made incorrectly, but I didn’t have time to go back and ask for it to be remade before they closed that day. I called the store, and a worker directed me to send a message to the email that’s posted on their website. The owner got back to me quickly and gave me a replacement drink the next day. She was super helpful and so kind! Definitely my favorite coffee shop near USF, and I’d recommend it over anything else!!
A cute unique independent coffee shop that offers great coffee and home baked goods. Vegan friendly and mostly sustainable in its trash usage.Stop Trippin’ (Vegan)- a delicious simple sandwich that doesn’t feel heavy. Served on a. Pressed Cuban bun, this sandwich uses hummus instead of mayo along with fresh crisp kale and tomato slices which is nice. The mushrooms were fresh but I would have preferred them cooked a bit more. Very light on your stomach. 4/5Oat Milk Latte- delicious fresh espresso with a creamy oat milk. You can’t go wrong with this! 5/5Dark Cherry Chocolate Clafoutis- they warmed it up for me and this was made in house. The almond cake mixed with baked cherries and warm dark chocolate make this gluten free treat a delight to have after the sandwich. Usually clafoutis can taste very eggy but this was not the case. Not sweet but definitely satisfies your sweet tooth! 5/5
It's a little spendy. But it's super delicious, local and responsibly sourced. The ladies are always friendly.
Great ambiance. Awesome place to sit and work. Fantastic Americano.
This joint is a little hidden gem. Bit hard to find, but worth it. Parking can be tight, but plenty of other spots to sneak in.
This place is good but not great. The interior is cute and has an old fashioned and homey vibe. This is the main draw to the location as it makes it seem authentic and down to earth. However it also makes the place feel a bit run down and sometimes slightly dirty depending on when you visit. Never enough to be notably bad, but sometimes it's enough to be noticable. The drinks are usually pretty good. They offer a lot of selections and have a routinely updated specials menu. You can tell the drinks are made with more care and attention than usual chain coffee shops, but not enough to stand out against other self-ran coffee shops. Some pricing on the food is good. The items on the menu that tend more towards meals and lunches are well worth the price and I'd recommend getting. But the pastries and individual snacks usually aren't. As people don't typically go to a coffee shop for lunch, this ends up more negative than not as I often find myself wanting something small. The staff has been all around very pleasant, but the way the owner replies to any review three stars or less is honestly a huge turn off. People are allowed to make valid criticism and while the owner often can offer an explanation as to why things are the way they are, they do so in a very blunt and rude way. I considered dropping my review to two stars but figured that one bad interaction shouldn't influence an otherwise fair review. This place is good. If you're in the area (which given its location next to USF you probably are) swing by. It's definitely worth checking out and going to see if you like it. But to me, if my friends weren't obsessed with it I'd favor other locations as my routine coffee shop.
