Boom boom chicken was amazing! What a unique atmosphere, quick service, and friendly smiles. We loved it
I always forget to take photos because I end up gobbling up all the food that I get here! The cheeseburger empanada should be given an award. Who ever came up with this recipe is a genius! Get the cheeseburger empanada!! Their fries are on the salty side but with some ketchup, they are really delicious. The kicking chicken tenders are really really good too! The flavor and spice are perfectly balance and delicious. The margarita is also a bit on the gingery side for me but super refreshing and tasty. I promise to take photos next time!
This cute empanada eatery is located at Amateur Works Heights Public Market. This was different than a "traditional" empanada. It was filled with all the ingredients of a cheeseburger and was flavorful without the heaviness of an actual cheeseburger. Customer service was just like I appreciate it to be. The menu choices were explained in detail along with portion size. I can't say enough good about this cute little venue....check it out next time at Amateur Works....promise you will be elated you did!!
Every time I come to Tampa, I gotta stop by Empamama’s to fill my empanadas craving! The staff are always nice and friendly and the food is amazing. Here’s a review for you all! Hope you enjoy! https://youtu.be/AZdJPGYzyKQ
Located within Armature Works, would definitely recommend out of all the options that they have within the building. Personal favorite would be the Cuban empanada. Service is nice and friendly. Definitely a place to check out
This was one of the places we decided to try at Armature Works. We got:- Cheeseburger in Paradise Empanada- Bang Bang TacosI loved the empanada. It definitely wasn't traditional, but the flavor was great. The tacos were just ok for me. The chicken was pretty good, but there was way too much slaw so that was pretty much all you could taste.I'd come back to try more empanadas!
Pleasantly surprised by the quality and service! The bang bang ? chicken ? strips were extra chrispy and the sauce was sweet and flavorful with a mild heat that lingered on the tongue. The Tampa Girl empenyada had a light and flaky crust full of tender and flavorful pulled pork with a creamy mustard/mayo sauce they call "Tampa Girl Sauce" that tied it all together, this was so much better than expected and not your typical empenyada at all! Their Mama Rita was also delicious, no idea what inspired them to add ginger to a margarita but WOW, it's my new favorite ?
Tasty tacos and empanadas! Service was very quick
This is an armature works must try. Very unique and flavorful. Everytime I go I try something different and love it. Highly suggest the frozen Margaritas.
The cheeseburger empanada and the bang bang chicken are ok, but the Tampa Girl empanada was awesome! That one was unique and I would get it again.
