I come here for Chicago and this place is a must eat spot of mine. Lechon is out of this world! Everything taste so good and home cooked! 5 stars highly recommend. Wish there was one back in Chicago

Listen the food here is awesome. That’s why I come here of course and drive so far. But it’s absolutely annoying to drive here and see they are only doing take out 1-4pm. It’s been hit or miss like this for months. I understand covid and the The whole thing. But if you’re going to be open and have someone here cooking 1-4pm why not open the doors to people. It’s never slammed here so you don’t need a crazy staff. So just open up already. Let people in. Not sure if I’m going to eat here because they are never open for people who each early.

If you don’t eat pork stay away !I believe they mix their pork with their chicken. Some of employees don’t know the difference between pork and chicken. I had food poisoning for 3 days from eating what I thought was chicken but was pork. I thought I going to die
The waitress looked as if she hated her job... she was just sitting waiting for someone to come in because it was empty, yet all the tables were filthy. I literally had to clean one off for my husband and I to sit at. We ordered the fish (the worst mistake). While eating we noticed it smelled weird... not like fish at all. It smelled like a damp rag left out for days that was never properly dried.As if the fish had gone bad?Needless to say we won't go back for many reasons the main one being the bad fish.
I will not recommend this restaurant any longer I have ordered two fried fish with empanadas food was over $56 and I only got empanadas talking about thieves
