Speed, convenience, and friendly service matters most and the Sunday crew here exemplifies that. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. They offer a variety of bagel egg sandwiches and spreads… with the nova lox (double toasted) being my favorite
First time at this location as I usually frequent the one in Brandon. Fast and friendly service with a smile! It may not seem like a lot but it’s more than most places are serving right now. Oh and my food was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be stopping by again when I’m in the area.
Unfortunately has gone down hill!I used to be a regular and was way better a few years ago. Management clearly has changed and the place has too! Not nearly as clean or quick as it used to be. It will be a while before I’m back
Busy but prompt and food was good. Einstein has it's own standard of offerings and with any franchise it's important that a consistent quality be maintained. That holds true for this location.
Very good, they made me an Americano even though it was not on the menu. I liked that the avocado veggie sandwich is low in calories
Excellent bagels, great staff, you can customize your bagels to reduce calories. Great coffee too. Right across the street from USF.
When you eat a bagel or bagel sandwich here then you will totally understand E=mc^2 , and how E=mc^2 is free of discrimination of any kind, and you will feel gratitude to be human and humane, and not the slightest bit privilege.While the bagel and bagel sandwich are good, and service decent , they are not out of this world and you will not be able to escape time and space in case the Einstein in you comes alive! wowzers!
Nice place staff very friendly and the food was great
Okay so I am giving them 5 stars. The poor staff, a couple was dissatisfied with their order/service and the awful scene they made. I felt for them I did, they were cussed at, and the man damaged a patrons car. It was just very upsetting that they had to deal with this and the couple acted in such a manner.We all have bad days, we all have things happen out of our control it is how you handle these situations says volumes. Hurting another over a bagel and coffee is just not acceptable.I give 5 stars to the staff there that morning of the 12th.
Not their best day. Was initially incorrectly charged for my sandwich. Let that go because I am hungry and thought we would be in and out quickly. Staff should work on communicating amongst each other. Orders were being handed off to the wrong customers. Ordered after my brother and he left 20 minutes before I did. I requested a refund after waiting 40 minutes for food I never received. Took another 15 minutes to receive refund. Update: two days later and refund is still not showing on account.
