Warm bagels and hot coffee.
Never disappointed when we stop in. Even after a whole year! Best service too! The workers still remember our names. And by far the BEST breakfast bagels and coffee in town too. Try the All Nighter. You won’t be disappointed!
Although at first, they got my order wrong and had to re-do my bagel sandwich, it was pretty decent. The guacamole spread was surprisingly not the same taste as store-bought since I saw them scoop it out of plastic containers. I really like the honey whole wheat bagel. They don't sell Nutella here if you wanted to spread that on a bagel, and I don't believe they sell bagel chips.
THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE FILTHIEST EINSTEIN BAGEL IVE EVER BEEN IN!!!! WHERES THE HEALTH INSPECTOR????? Expecting employees to do a deep clean is ridiculous!!! Hire a professional cleaning company! Literally as soon as you walk into the building the windows are filthy! The floors have caked on dirt on them! The walls have months if not years of splatter and grime!! I was scared to go into the bathroom! Like someone else said WHAT DOES THE KITCHEN LOOK LIKE??? This was disgusting! I ended up throwing my bagel in the trash I can only imagine why creeps around at night getting into the food! ?
Staff is very nice and friendly. Service is quick. Loved the breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is decent.
Did an online order, once I got home my bagel was so thin and there was barely any cream cheese on the bagel at all. The coffee is alright. Would probably not come back. Would go to Einsteins growing up in PA and always loved them. May try again and hope for a my bagel to not be less than an inch thick.
A bad day for bagels. I went in at 10:45 AM on 2/21/22 for the baker's dozen (13) special. When I tried to scan my rewards card from my phone the reader wouldn't take it. The girl at the counter was new so she summoned a trainer or possibly a manager. After trying again, the trainer told me to try a different register/reader and zoom in on the bar code, which I did, and it still wouldn't take. We tried a couple of more times and when I adjusted the angle on the bar code reader (which they are designed to do) the employee snapped at me "don't jerk the equipment around" which I was not doing.I bit my tongue so as not to create a scene with a line of 6 people behind me. After several more attempts she entered my phone number, and everything went through. When I got home there were only 11 bagels in the box. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, just one of those days.It's a shame I had this bad experience since I've been a customer for years. I've never had this problem when I get there at 7:30 AM.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience through and through... The girls behind the counter were polite so they get a star for that otherwise I see there being no reason to give any other.... I called to place an order and was unpleasantly surprised to be left on hold for over 8 minutes. After assuming they forgot me I hung up and called back... They had no idea I was left on hold. Great. Already running late on my break at this point... I order my sandwich and it was very awkward as I was not aware there is a preset menu. I was again disappointed that they use butter oil rather than real butter and that I wasn't able to have my eggs made a certain way... Only available in a dry egg patty.... Coming from LI, NY this was a sad day for me. I wanted to cancel my order but they had already made the sandwich soon tried to just stick it up and pay for it anyway. I added a cookie I'm hopes that would replace the poor quality sandwich... Well, after paying way too much money, I was again unpleasantly surprised that the sandwich was terrible and oily and as yokie was dry and stale tasting .. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. FL needs a real deli!!!!!!
