This will make it our third time to Edison. We enjoy every aspect of the dining experience. There is also an eclectic range of on the menu and new experiences as a result. The tasting menu is also excellent. I would highly recommend it.
The menu was limited and overpriced. The food needed more flavor. We ordered the burrata which was ok. Asked for bread to go with it and it took forever and then a few small slivers of bread were delivered. We also ordered the fried chicken. The entire dish was incredibly bland. They may have forgotten the gravy or just didnât use much. The dumplings tasted like flour and water. Desperately needed more flavor. We also ordered the seared fish. Itâs was decent but a very small portion. Our server was great. The atmosphere was good. The food disappointing.
I always get the duck. It's delicious every time and always different.
Service was fantastic! Food was fantastic! The drinks including the drink names were great. this place was fun, and it was a great foodie place.
Allegra our server was NOT ATTENTIVE. She took too long to return with cocktails 3 times and blamed the bartender and bar staff. Food came out too slow. Fish was under cooked although when she was asked if it would be well done she said yes. Never filled water glasses. Never asked us if we need another cocktail or desert. The worst experience I have ever had there and I have been coming for years. Disappointed does even come close to describe it.

I went with a friend for the âwater cooler hourâ offering which they have from 4-6 on weekdays. We arrived at 5 and had plenty of time to enjoy the menu selection as everything came out quickly and tasted delicious! The restaurant was quiet due to the early hour. The food was on point and the service was attentive, friendly, and helpful. It wasnât my first visit and it wonât be my last!
