I ordered take out and this was my 1st experience .. the chicken was good and moist but when I have bbq I also think of the sides.. the Mac and cheese was not good the corn bread was cold like it just came out of the fridge and was very dry and crumbly.. I also was not a fan of the sweetness and I ordered baked beans but didn't receive them.. I also felt like it was pretty expensive for what I recieved
Called up to ask a couple of questions and woman answering the phone didn’t have time to answer what I wanted to ask. Just rushed me off because she was the only one there. Very poor customer service based just on that. And they seem to be the only ones in the state of Florida that know how to serve Brisket. This said, because she was short with a customer, I won’t be going. Bad rating and haven’t even stepped in the door.
Super clean, Ashley was very friendly and attentive. Food was fresh, hot, and YUMMY! Definitely will be back.
Ok, I live in TX (eat lots of good q) and was visiting. Our group of 7 stopped by for dinner and drinks. It was not crowded and I had very low expectations. I was very surprised with how good the food was . The brisket had great flavor and a nice smoke ring. There was a cheesy pasta dish with pulled pork on top that was amazing. Great beer selection and service. We talked about going back again the next night as everyone loved the meal!!
Great little BBQ stop in between Westchase and Oldsmar proper...is what I would say... If it were not a completely exciting destination for a myriad of interesting weekend thrills and experiences!The brisket can't be beat, whether on potato skins, quesadilla, or just on its own.The nightlife is full of personalities and "repeat offenders" with everyone enjoying each other's company and the added flare of trivia, karaoke, and sports.It is definitely a hidden gem, and a destination everyone should check out on a Friday night.Highly recommended (and the slaw can't be beat!)
I started going to Edge City because of the karaoke with Kevin from Natural Resonance. He's the best and really gives a fun, top notch, friendly karaoke night, so glad they are bringing him back! Headed there this weekend with friends to sing and have fun!As for the food and staff, I was in heaven. Great, mouthwatering BBQ and attentive, friendly service.Keep up the great work and keep up the karaoke and I'll be back many times!
Our waitress was prompt with seating us and getting our drinks, surprising when we heard her telling someone how short staffed they were. We even got refills on the fantastic ice tea. The food, however, was not good. The brisket was cooked more like roast beef and there was absolutely no seasoning on it, plus it was super fatty. The baked beans had a chili taste to it which was off putting. The fries were crispy and hot but they had cumin on them? It was a confusing meal in a pleasant place.

The menu was great,the food was delicious . desert was delicious...My friend chose the bbq for her birthday & she ordered a salad , I ordered shredded brisket empanadas (3 )on a plate with 2 dipping sauce'sbbq sauce & another dipping of cilantro & her sister ordered a chicken sandwich with cole slaw.Desert for my Birthday friend was enough for3 people (to share)with Carmel , chocolate, nuts on top with cool whip frosting on in was great sisterwas with us
So my experience was terrible. At first I was excited because the place looked nice and new. We sat down and they took our drink orders . I order a strawberry margarita and after 10 mins she’s comes back and says there’s no strawberry liquid … that was fine I was like okay fine can I get a blue Long Island. When I got the drink it was so nasty I couldn’t even swallow the drink. After that we ordered our food. I got the BBQ chicken sandwich and the taste was soooo gross. It’s like they mixed the burnt taste of the grill & the BBQ sauce together. My sweet potato fries were cold and when I asked for another order they came back sooooo greasy. It was unbelievable. My friends drink was empty and the waitress did not ask if she needed a refill or how was everything overall. I would never go back there. I would rather eat on the floor in my bathroom then go back to that place. Staff was rude and made us feel unwanted. Also I noticed this place has a picture of a kid eating , THIS PLACE IS NOT KID FRIENDLY!!! I asked for a high car and the staff member said she thinks someone stole it. They only had ONE. #hideyourhighchairs
