Tried this new bbq joint out tonight and was not disappointed. Great brisket, pulled pork and mac and cheese. Everything was packed with flavor. Highly recommend!
I went with a friend on a Tuesday evening. The place is nice and very clean. We ate steaks, which were absolutely delicious! They have an accurate interpretation of what "Medium well" is. Attention was nice and polite. All in all, we loved the place and the food. Even the Flan was excellent. We will go there again, it's really good and the prices are reasonable.
Picked up ribs and a Cuban for dinner to go. We just moved over to this side of town and someone recommended Edge City for bbq. The food was great and we will definitely be adding it to our rotation !!

Ate here twice recently. First time was a HUGE bacon burger and a beer. Burger was tasty, juicy, piled high with bacon and other toppings. Every other bite got me a piece of pickle; loved the tang. And it was HUGE!Second trip I was pleasantly surprised to see Prime Rib on the menu. Had to have it! It was very good... Seemed to be cooked a little differently then I was used to, but still very good. Nice slab of meat, juicy, a bit extra salty around the edges. No au jous or horseradish to dip into but it came with mashed potatoes and gravy.I will be back to try their pulled pork next.
