Horrible experience .They don’t want to sell anything after 8:00 pm because they have to do the dishes
The energy of the drive through lady who took my order was immaculate. Greeted me with a few very happy good mornings and coffee is great as always.
I came to this dukin donuts like every other day. I have an accent and I know. I ask for my order and the lady was very unprofessional from the beginning. She started laughing and I asked her Is there a problem. She then said I do not have to serve you go somewhere else and had her window closed when I pulled up. I called the store and it was her who answered. She proceeded to say that she was the manager. My daughter explained very polite about the situation and she was very rude and disrespectful saying that she doesn’t know if I had a bad day but your mother needs to fix her self and saying that she wasn’t laughing at us and she told my 14 year old daughter this and she was there while she was saying all of the cruel things. After that she could have explained to us how she was not laughing at us but just gave us poor customer service. We called the higher up and they told us that there wasn’t a manager assigned there yet so she lied to us and gave us misinformation telling us she was the manager. Very dissatisfied don’t waste your money there.
The lady at the drive thru window was very polite and super funny.

Honestly this is the only DD I come to, my order is always right & the people have been so nice, this is my 4th time visiting I won’t even waste my time going anywhere else. The other Tampa locations are rude and have you waiting so long on the DT line. Thanks team :)
I’m not someone that likes to give bad reviews but I have to say my experience here today was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru to get something quick to eat because I’m breastfeeding and needed a quick snack so I ordered an avocado toast and a few more items from the menu. To my surprise when I get home my toast was completely burn and I realized I never got the hot chocolate I ordered. What bothers me is that the toast is something that’s prepared in the moment which means they saw the bread was burned and still used it and served it to me… I’ve worked in both restaurants and customer service before and this is just unacceptable! We buy food based on what we like or crave in the moment and to go home and get this is upsetting!
Service is horrible here 90% of the time the doors are locked and you have to go thru drive thru and the workers are so ignorant and slow. I would not recommend this place at ALL!!!!
They have a really bad attitude, Im not sure if they are overworking or whats going on . Not professional at all and they don't even look at your face and just talk to you really bad like they are upset .Terrible experience
They use old oil to fry there stuff in. You can taste it and you can see that the oil used is old. I will be reporting them. I took photos and a video of the food. Do not go to this Dunkin
