I am a loyal member and every day coffee kind of woman.Rarely do I come to this location but TODAY I did go through the drive thru made a purchase for medium hot coffee got no receipt just change.Didnt think I needed the paper anyway,mean while I pull into the parking lot to taste my coffee to find it's not sweet as it should be I look at the label it's wrong so I ordered 6 cream 8 sugar medium hot.Well the label says 3 cream 7 sugars so MINOR MISTAKE go inside there is a line I walk to Uber pickup and say EXCUSE ME to MELISSA and she walks away clear as day and disregard me.I wait, I then catch the drive thru associate attention and NOW ASK FOR A Refund she walks to front counter to the same older woman whom just ignored me and my request and she yells out TELL HER TO COME BACK TOMORROW !!! I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO A REFUND!!! I was so shocked and disgusted with service I ask the young girl is that the person in charge she says YES.I go to my car get my phone and complain to corporate whom offers to walk her through the process AND SHE THEN CALLS HDR BOSS FOR INSTRUCTIONS WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN THE BEGINNING!!! MELISSA IS DEFINITELY NO LEADER OR MANAGEMENT MATERIAL,AWFUL SERVICE/EXPERIENCE

Access drive-thru for free Wednesday coffee. There was a little trouble with the stores scanners picking up my QR code so management entered my 'Wednesday special' manually.

Terrible service. I walked up to the door at 5AM. Sign says open from 5AM to 8PM. Employee comes to the door and says "we're still getting stuff together." I asked to speak with a manager, she walked away and ignored me. Terrible service.

Literally the worst Dunkin’ in Tampa ? every time I go they get my order wrong without fail or something is broken (oven, blender) which means they can’t offer most of the menu. Try to avoid this Dunkin’ if possible, not worth the time or annoyance

For the last 2 months I have been going to the location 5 days a week. Some days are good but most days are bad. And not normal, “Oh their busy bad”, it’s literally ordering a drink & it being made completely wrong and still having to pay for it because the employees are rude & if you try to say something they cut you off and ignore you. Today was the final straw for me. I ordered online 20 minutes before I got there because even ordering online 10 minutes prior- you have to wait at minimum 10 minutes in a parking spot for your order- even with NO LINE AT THE WINDOW & the inside empty. I ordered a Charlie Cold Foam, a drink I have been ordering since it came out, when I was finally brought my drink, I let the employee know that it was not right. The response was, “it is because I just made myself one and it’s vanilla”. I threw the drink away because it was disgusting. I wasted money enough times here & I will not be back. Suggestions for the manager or owner- find better employees and make this store what it was when it first opened. I have also sent an email to Dunkin Donuts themselves letting them know how rude the employees are & that this is the WORST location in Tampa.

Today I went 5o this Dunkin', I ordered 2 Coco Lattes, one small one large. The large one no whip cream and I also ordered a green tea small. Well I received be a l a large latte be with whip cream tea, reordered a coco mocha 8ce coffee, came out large with another coco moho still with whip cream. My daughter had to go inside to get the coffee. Well it was still wrong. The coffee just was milk, one was full of sugar. I called x3 with no answer, so I went to the facility to speak with the manager and voice my concerns, person who made the drinks stated that I was lying about what I ordered,the manager stated she was the assistant manager. I ask him to have her step away so we could have our conversation,bin which he refused. Well he doesn't need his job. If a customer comes inn polite, then you are called a liar that is very unprofessional. I did come for a refund, I just wanted them to be more aware of what was going on and just to he aware. I think. I will be contacting corporate and aI will not patronize this store again. I advise the manager if this and I advised him, this is why African American establishment are not patronize, because they do not know how to treat customers. Whites may not agree or like your but they are going to try and keep your business. When The "manager", was made aware of this aI became a KAREN, TRUMP supporter.?

Mobile Ordered a chicken/bacon/cheese croissant, hashbrowns and caramel macchiato for pickup. The croissant is the only thing they got right. Hashbrowns were still frozen, and caramel macchiato was just straight cream & sugar, no coffee/espresso. Waited 5-10 mins to even be acknowledged. You’re better off going out of your way to a better Dunkin’.

Every single time I have ordered from this Dunkin location it has been incorrect items and nothing to what I ordered. This is not how you run a business and this location is known for giving you completely different items then what you order. I suggest you either higher better and more reliable staff and or just shut the whole location down. This is not how you get customers.

Terrible absolutely terrible we pulled up to the speaker box car in front of us pulls off then it’s our turn we pull up we wait 5 mins get absolutely no response so we decide to drive off as we are leaving all the workers seem to be hanging out in the lobby pulling their shirts up and just talking looking crazy. DONT COME HERE!

Worst customer service. We waited for 5 minutes to see if anyone would acknowledge us. We ended up walking out after hearing one of the employees (dude with the highlights) say that we can wait or go home. He preferred to argue with another employee and sweep the floor than to take care of the customers waiting in line. Hire better people who want to work!
