Place was empty but still was left waiting a few minutes inside before someone came to take my order. Then, I was informed that I cannot order what I wanted because they were cleaning the machine at 5pm.
I don’t know what the issue is with this Dunkin location, but they literally CANNOT ever make drinks correctly. You can give them an exact breakdown of everything you want in your drink and somehow they manage to screw it up. My drinks always taste terrible and are made incorrectly, bagels are always burnt/rock solid, hash browns are soggy, just a waste of money overall. Don’t even bother stopping at this location, you’re better off going to a different Dunkin location or better yet just go to Starbucks. At least at Starbucks you only pay about $1-$2 more and get quality drinks made exactly how you want them.
Found a clump of something in my drink. I come here almost every day and I feel really sick rn. Mold, booger, idk but I am not coming back ???? will post a pic under the photos section.
Loved it. I happened to come across a gift card in one of my old books from like 5yrs ago, and stopped by to see if it worked and ihad a nice Small Hummus toast, hash browns, coffee donut, and almond milk caramel ice coffee and it was delicious ?. I was also very pleased with the service provided by the DD coworkers.????
Tables, floors and chairs are dirty along with ants on the countertops.Shelves are empty of Donuts.But the employees are quick to get Coffee.
This is the WORST Dunkin I’ve EVER been too, you can literally tell these employees exactly what you would like in your beverage & they still mess it up every single time, even if you do Uber eats or door dash where it’s literally printed out every detail of the order ( at least mine is ) they still can’t get it right. You try to call & talk to someone about this, & they just give you a hard time. You can tell this staff doesn’t want to work and doesn’t care about the work place, makes the company look bad & definitely makes customers rather travel further for a beverage than have to deal with incompetence at every visit.
Had trouble getting my free drink from the app here. Drive thru line is so long. Best thing about here is the avocado toast.
Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes to order a medium refresher. Worker was extremely rude. Got a SMALL refresher for my trouble after 15 minutes. Not coming back to this location.
Typical morning at Dunkin’ Donuts. Slowest drivethrew ever. Line is down the block. 8am and you would think they would want to push cars out. No exaggeration each car takes 5 min to place an order.
I went here just to get a quick coffee and I spent 8 minutes at the drive-through speaker and nobody ever took my order so I said the hell with that and I left.. This is the worst store I've ever been to and trust me I've been to a lot of them.
