I asked worker if they still do banana royal, he stated no. Then I ask for a banana split, which was on the board, and was told they don't do anything with bananas except shakes. When I let him know that banana splits were on the board, his response was, "I can't help what's on the board, we only do shakes"
i ordered uber eats from here fist let me say i was missing multiple items including my drink my food was burnt i ordered the munchkins and had no variety this was just an awful way to have to start the day
I don’t understand how management is not aware of what’s going on in this store. The service here is poor came through the drive thru a couple of times and no one answer and clearly their are people in the store lights on car in parking lot and the website states it closes at 10pm. Many other times I requested donuts and they tell me they don’t have donuts and they never have products they are always out of something. Many other times in the morning they will say they are not serving hot foods why do even have the store open if you don’t service at 100% false advertising and the sad part is this store is the only store on the East side of Tampa with so much potential
What is the point in having online orders if you close the doors for pick up? The drive thru line is long. I'm not going to continue to seat in the drive thru for 15mins or more for a quick pick up! This is a constant problem at this location. Do better
I ordered from here on Uber Eats this morning….they did not read the details! And I paid extra for a few things, like come on people. My coffee had absolutely nothing in it, Nothing! Poor Service
Store is Not consistent with quantity or services, I ordered same breakfast three times a week today morning asst. manager covered with they gave extra just because [email protected] No pictures show 3 mini bagels I received 3 other days since serving item
Customer service is great here. Unfortunately signature drinks at this location are not worth the signature price. The barista never puts the “signature” parts in the drink. No extra drizzles, toppings, most times it just a regular flavored latte. They could really improve on attention to detail.
Coffee is great sometimes, renovation looks great as well... service is just unacceptable for paying customers. Rudeness should not be allowed no matter how rushed.
I did the mobile order and got to the location. The lobby was closed and locked but had a sign to come to the side door for mobile order. I had to bang on the door to get someone’s attention because no one would answer the phone. The told me to go through the mile long drive thru to get my already paid for order that I placed 15 minutes ago. Ridiculously slow and bad communication
Food was correct but snackin' bacon was room temperature and the coating wasn't heated to melt it. It tastes ok but it's like eating sand covered bacon that way. Lazy preparation. Also, my coffee wasn't given to me and the cashier left the drive-thru. No one ever came back. I literally drove around the building to the speaker box to ask for my coffee.
