Don’t go through the drive thru and get Marta she is very rude and likes to rush you !
This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts in Tampa. They handled my mobile orders perfectly, but ordering at the drive-thru window is smooth and stress free! Special shout out to the early Sunday morning team! You guys are great. Thank you!
I really needed a coffee today since I have a newborn baby and a toddler at home. I had a big order so I was worried they would get annoyed with me but when I got to the window I was greeted by Alyssa who was so sweet and patient. She said she was new at the job and we talked a little while I waited for my food. She was so sweet and I’ve never had someone at a drive thru line talk to me so friendly! The girl who was working with Alyssa was also just as kind and asked Me if I liked my coffee! This is the best Dunkin in Tampa by far. I couldn’t be happier.
This store is amazing I had the best customer service experience in the Drive-Thru from a girl named Alyssa she was so sweet she was quick with my order also my coffee was delicious I would definitely recommend going to this location because I will be coming to this location every single day. Amazing
Decided to get an iced coffee this morning, as I pull up to the drive thru window the lady on the intercom comes on with an attitude "whenever you're ready". After looking at some of the other reviews it seems that being ride is a theme at this location.

The lady who takes the orders in the morning is a rock star. She is about her business and ain’t there to waste time. Quick and efficient work ethic!! I never have to wait long for my order.
Stood in the store for 5 minutes, waiting to order with no line. Was not acknowledged, except for the employee who is chatting on his cell phone and said someone else will help us. Then watched the people making the drinks drop cups on the floor and still serve them to people.

Horrible service! On some days they have a good staff that works well together but there’s a certain group of people that can never seem to pull themselves together. It should not take 15min to get a coffee and a croissant sandwich!
