Poor communication. I placed a large order in advance for pickup. I tried calling probably close to 25 times over the course of 3-4 hours and not once did they answer the phone. And the voicemail was full. Had to drive to the store to place the order. They told me the manager would call me to confirm the order. Never received a phone call so had to drive back to the store since they were still not answering the phone the following day. Very annoying!
I think better direction from management could make this place better. It shouldn't take 3 people to get one order right.
first visit was solid everything delicious and hot. this visit i purchased a bacon egg & cheese wake up wrap. simply requested the tortilla not be toasted.I received, a fraction of an egg, a fraction of a piece of cheese and no bacon. The window person was very kind though. it's the current cook that messed it up 12:30pm 02/03/2022
Not bad but this time let's just say. 8f 85s a cough a sneeze a runny nose please wear a mask. It's not about you it's every one that comes in and hears and sees you alittle precaution can go a long way and customers appreciate the extra care you show

I was hesitant reading recent bad reviews but I just went through drive thru on a busy Friday a.m. ordered 3 dozen doughnuts and a sandwich. We moved through line fast. 3 cars ahead of me. No crazy wait and friendly service! Maybe staffing and supply issues are getting better? ?

On 11-19-2021, Waited in line in drive-thru line with Noone in front of me for over 30 mins. I parked and went inside and all the employees and the manager was sitting in the lobby not helping customers. Instead of apologizing, the manager just made excuses. The place was filthy and behind the counter around the donuts was filthy. My donut did not taste fresh at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone not even to a dog.Location: 12941 Race Track Rd. Used the App to order online… The car line was close to 25 minutes extending to Racetrack Rd… Tried to enter the establishment, but doors were locked with MAYBE 2 people working… Unacceptable… Staff appropriately… What’s the point of using the App at this restaurant? ?
Closes extremely early and messed up my order. Rude workers and dirty in store which is why they closed dine in permanently lol
