I hate to be this person but every time I come to this location I am always dissatisfied. You guys don’t have anything in stock ever and usually there is only one person working in the store. Completely unacceptable and this place is a disgrace to the dunkin name. The employees are very nice and hardworking though, give those people a raise!

I’ve given this location tons of chances. But every time I wait for so long. Today I waited 10 minutes just for my order to be taken at the drive thru. Then I waited another 15 minutes to get my drink and food. The guy who made the food tossed it off to the side and it sat there. I’m mad it’s cold now. The iced coffee isn’t great. I was told they had many orders yet I see no one inside except some frantic employees. Seriously need some training in here. And as others have mentioned, unsanitary. I finally noticed it today, no gloves when making food. Definitely do NOT recommend. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this particular location. Highly recommend driving down a few miles to a different Dunkin’.

This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST!I’ve given them chance after chance.I went to order a sandwich and one of the workers says- we can’t take your order because we’re out of gloves BUT they were still serving the drive thru. Then today I ordered on the app, the REFUSED TO OPEN the drive thru window or lobby so my husband could pick it up (YES, it was during business hours) THEN when I called, they refused to answer the phone. Hours later I got through and they refused my refund. When I asked for a manager they hung up on me. THIEVES! The drive to the next location is worth it. Close this place down!

I visited through the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the guy was who was working the drive-thru. Having visited too many drive-thrus where the person on the other end either can't understand you or you can't hear them, this was very refreshing. He was also very personable when I pulled up to pick up my order. Great customer service is always appreciated!

I keep trying at this Dunkin' and it just gets worse every time. They always find a way to mess up your order. Never going back.

This establishment was not food-safe. The staff were touching their hair and then placing said unwashed hands ON THE FOOD FOR THE DRIVE THRU. As stated by previous reviews, employees appear to care only for the drive thru customers and no others; we waited longer than was necessary given that there was a full complement of staff by the window. Masks are clearly a fashion decoration rather than a preventative measure with it down below the nose; given that we're three years into a pandemic, this isn't the best look. I was willing to be lenient, as they appear to be brand new staff, but repeated health violations for food is not something I can condone. I understand that a job is a job but it can be done well instead of only minimal effort, for a dollar above current minimum wage.

The customer service is horrible I was waiting for over 30 min for some bread and cheese. And the people are so disrespectful this was the last time for me I will not be going to this Dunkin’ if I could the a Zero I would

I honestly had a high expectation for this location and unfortunately mine and my husband's experience this past Sunday wasn't the best. We didn't have to wait long to order or get our order but everything we received was burnt pretty badly. I'm not quite sure what happened or why it happened but it made for a very underwhelming lunch on the go.

The young lady working the window is terrific. Always double checks the orders and is very polite on the drive thru. Thank you!
